Customer Service
Having tried to use the online chat which wasn't answered, I called instead. Spoke to a lady who was extremely helpful and resolved my issue straight away. Great customer service and shows that sometimes a human is better than a machine!

I am really impressed with this service. Only recently joined but I’ve been extremely pleased with the service to date and anticipate that they are going to be a genuine help in my retirement planning from the service that is on offer. Kate helped me today and she was great too.

Great customer service. Very helpful when I was finding it tricky to fill in parts of the AVC form. I received a follow up e-mail to say my form had been updated and submitted.

I just wanted to say what a first class service I have received from My Money Matters, this level of efficiency and pleasantness is so rare these days. My call was answered quickly, the lady, Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and my request to amend my A.V.C contributions was sorted there and then, a faultless service in every way!! cannot recommend highly enough, a massive thank you!!
