Very disappointing, webinar looked so fake, AI? 2 people speaking to each other. Not useful to me, it would have been good to have been able to ask questions.

Increasing my AVC
I tried to access my account to upgrade my AVC but couldn't work out what to do. I 'spoke' to Sandra online who, once I'd verified my DOB and NINO, understood what I was trying to do and took over and updated the records. I received an email this morning advising the update had been approved.
