Kyle and the team at the rowville store are just fantastic. I live in Geelong but have family living in rowville. My car broken down while I was there. they were just so helpful and made it so stressful free.
I do recommend going to them

He was so friendly and well mannered. He had a lot of knowledge about my car and explained what's included in the service. And after checking the car He rang me and told me the things I needed to fix in my car. I was very pleased with the workmanship. And price is reasonable too. I'll be coming back to My car Rowville that's for sure. Thanks again.

this was most crap service i ever in past 35 years i had .i booked a week before hand for service but on the day they said you are not booked after showing my mobile call history very unwelcoming accept my car and i told the issues he said we dont garranty we just doing the sevice .and charged $345 and everything is good we checked but after driving 2k car stoped in center of rd. RACV track toe it back to them the next day they said it have electrical issue and our road side assistant will get your car to autoelectric but it was crap after long waiting call they said our track just get you to our carservice nothing els i got my car to Rowvill autoeletric witch they are the most honest people .they said have no electric issue .toe again to mercedesbenze ferntree gully they easily fixed it . i learned Mycar auto untrustworthey non efficient less knoledgable service centre

We always have a great experience with mycar Rowville. Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. Had a flat tyre on Tuesday night, called up Wednesday morning for a replacement. The job was done and dusted by Wednesday afternoon! Thanks again guys! We’ll be back again :)

My handbrake light is not going away after the service yesterday which means I will have to take it back. It is going to be a huge inconvenience.

He responded to our issues promptly and just knew how to save us time and money on something that could have cost us even more if we had gone anywhere else. I recently had my car tyre changed at Rowville Stud Park, and Kai went above and beyond with his friendly demeanor. He kindly offered to drop me off at my workplace since he was heading in the same direction. Exceptional service!

I brought my car in on Wednesday afternoon to get a quote on 4 tyres. They were helpful. We debated when it could be done and ended up agreeing first thing on Friday.. when I brought it in there was no booking for me. They did fit me in which was good. I was advised it would take till about 11 to complete and would be called when finished. I was not called and only found it was done by going to store.
So service was good but could have been better.

Kai was so upfront and honest with my situation. Very thankful for his honesty. Saved me a lot of money.
