Great Service
The team at mycar Tyre & Auto Rowville are very helpful and provide great service. I had an issue with my car and was told to bring it in, they were busy but managed to get me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend the service.

Service was all good
Rang me to explain what was found during service and advised recommended repairs.
Price was reasonable Service was completed on time. Just forgot to stamp my service my manual.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, the car was serviced for 10 years regularly with Mitsubishi dealers not even a single trouble I encountered in 10 years. First time I just want to try with MyCar it was a major service and now almost 7 days still entire cabin is filled with fuel smell and could not get rid of this, tried windows open and AC on/off driving with open windows no improvement. The smell is very strong every time we get in and still smelling now I am worried the mechanics did something wrong or damaged HVAC or fuel system. I have to find better service place or back to Mitsubishi dealers.

Had a puncture tyre was near it's end so needed a new one the guy was friendly gave me a good price and fitted it within 20min was happy that it was done immediately thanks

little customer service, but price good.
I was told to come and collect my car and then had to wait 40 minutes as it wasnt ready.
I asked for the brakes to be checked…. no idea if that was actually done or not.
I asked for the number plate light globe to be replaced… it wasnt.
Very little customer focus or service… but the price was good.

New Pirelli’s with great customer service.
Booked in to get 4 new tyres which I initially did online. Unfortunately I had booked tyres that did not suit my car but Kai hunted for a solution to ensure I still got Pirellis and without too much extra and rebooked installation in fir a day later even with a full calendar of other customers.
