They didn’t order the right tyres for me. Refuse to order the correct ones for me to replace wrong ones. Forced me to make payment! And the guy said they have threw away my old ones!

Depends on who you get really. The guy who served me when I got there was fine.
The guy who served me when I picked up the car couldn’t be bothered - I asked for a report on the car and all he said was that he didn’t work on it. Well, go ask the people who did then! If he can’t be interested, then I think I won’t be interested in returning to them.

The team was great, however the handbrake was not tightened at all. I did spend $1200 for the new brakes so bit disappointed that this wasnt done also. Otherwise great experience and great job.

Everything was done with professionalism at its best

I had to call the RACV because my car wouldn't start. My car had to be towed away Friday afternoon. I chose for it to be taken to My Car in Rowville because it is within a 200 metre walk from home. The team at My Car very generously accepted my problem and took it on board immediately. My car was fixed and ready for pick up by 10.30 am on Saturday morning. I couldn't ask for better service.

The manager was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They were not the cheapest but the service was great and got my car back within a couple of hours.
