Control module (car computer) problems caused car to sometimes simply not start. Made it to Rosanna my car and all was resolved in a few hours for a very fair price. Very relieved. Alan

The job was done in a timely manner. I was impressed that they did check my old tyres and did replace the more worn ones, even though I told them the wrong tyres.

I have been using them for regular services of my car and always have a great experience.

A new tyre was fitted but the tyre pressure monitor broke. I was assured the part would be ordered immediately and ready to be fitted in 2 days. In 2 days I called back and the part hadn’t been ordered and was told it would be another 10 days. In 10 days I called back and was told the part still hadn’t been ordered, had to be ordered from Japan and would be another 10 days. I have to drive around with the tyre pressure warning light on permanently.

Had a flat tyre and replaced it on the spot and awesome service

The team at my car Rosanna were excellent in diagnosing the problem and very transparent in all aspects

Was just going to leave it alone and go elsewhere next time, but I've got regular emails asking me to review, so here they go.

I booked via their online portal for 4x tyres that needed replacing. I arrived at the designated time, and was told there was no way they could get the tyres done that day and I would have had to drop the car off two hours earlier. I said I booked online and this was the time and date, and was told the online store was wrong and I shouldn't have booked through that. They had a sheet with my details ready at the counter, not sure why they didn't call me to save me attending since they knew the outcome before I rocked up. I had to reschedule for a few days later.

I arrived at opening time on the 2nd date, and the store was 15 minutes late in opening. I was then told the store may or may not have the right tyres depending on delivery, and that the store would be closing an hour and a half earlier than the posted time. Luckily they had the tyres, but I still had to rearrange my schedule a third time so I could pick up before they closed.

I got shuffled around across multiples dates, and various times, with no warning until I was at the counter. I emailed the complaint to head office, and got a copy and paste email essentially saying 'my bad, we'll tell the staff' without any proposed resolution.

Booked Wed for Friday tyre fitting. Drop off 8 for Noon collection. The booking was confirmed. Tyres hadn't been ordered. Was told we'll order now and they will be here at 2. I had to rebook for Monday.
Tyres and fitting were fine. Lead up not good.

The staff were so warm and friendly and very helpful. Everything was great but 10/10 for customer service in Rosanna store!!!

Eric at MyCar Rosanna has been very helpful and knowledgable when I had car trouble with my Mazda 121, Additionally I appreciate the great log book service on my Lancer ES. I trust Eric and MyCar to do good work.

Had my car serviced there for a while but this time, when I picked it up, the oil indicator came on. I was told my engine needed to be changed. My car has been serviced there for year so I am very disappointed. Also, the staff there needs more management support - from Continental - their owner. It's under staffed and I think has quality / capability issues.
I would not currently recommend for anything.

Service plan was well communicated and even though the work was extensive, taking 3 days, it was very well done

Purchased 4 Kumho tyres, a wheel alignment, and requested a brake inspection while the wheels were off. An hour later, they called to inform me that the rear brake pads were low, and had to be replaced. I agreed to the brake pad replacement, however they vehemently insisted that the rotors also had to be replaced. Both the rotors and brake pads were then replaced, at a cost of $500. The service centre had also mistakenly fitted Kumho tyres at the front, and Continental tyres at the rear. This was rectified, however on the way home, the Tyre Pressure Sensor warning on the vehicle started, I checked the tyre pressure on the 4 new tyres, and all 4 tyres had a different tyre pressure reading.

Easy to deal with and no fuss when the new tyre needed to be replaced.

I had an urgent need to fix my engine and the staff of Mycar helped urgently to find a solution.

I had a flat tyre and pulled in to mycar in Rosanna today. Super happy with the service - tyre fixed and balanced in 1/2 hour, quiet efficiency from Jarrod and the staff were quick and thorough. Thank you!
