They're up front with what needed to be done with my tyres and gave me a money saving alternative.

Speedy service, car came back in even better condition than before and it was near perfect!

I had an emergency that needed fixing before leaving for our family holiday. The staff were able to fit me in on short notice, and fix my issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

I was told that all 4 sets of brakes pads needed to be changed with discs, total $1500. I had the rear brakes changed less than a year ago. Went to another mechanic and was told I just need new pads on the front and machine the discs $375. No idea what they are doing or just trying to rip people off. Never going there again.

Service was prompt and very well done. My car runs so much better than it did. They contacted me before doing anything additional and explained everything thoroughly, which I appreciated. See you in 6 months!

Very professional and caring team at Rosanna, and communication between workers and customers is effective as well as clear. The team at Rosanna also has patience and is very calm when working with the customer. The costs are inexpensive, and the team works on maintenance and repair very quickly; thumbs up and highly recommended.

New set of tyres were delivered on time, on price and the whole process of booking and fitting was seamless.

I was given a quote and assured that my tyre puncture would be repaired for free. When I went to the store I asked that no one change the tyre unless I’d been notified first. Instead of keeping me in the loop and explaining the situation, the tyre got replaced and I was expected to pay $96. I was told that the tyre was not repairable. I asked to see it; there was a small picture in the middle of the tyre but I was told it wasn’t the middle, it was the edge. I think the customer should be asked before something is done, especially when I asked for prior warning. I also am frustrated that I was assured in my quote that a repair would be free of charge, yet when I got there I was told that even a repair would be $50.

The whole process from booking the car in for new tyres to pick up with the new tyres fitted was simple and straight forward.

I had to get my car Tyre puncture repaired and Hamid from my car Rosanna branch attended my job and fixed the tyre puncture very quickly. I was really impressed with the customer service and communication throughout the process from booking the job to completing it. Highly recommend Mycar rosanna for car and tyre service, they are great.

I needed new tyres and they were able to book me in that afternoon. I was impressed. I appreciated the automated text service to say that my car was ready to be picked up (a little earlier than originally advised). When I collected the car, they gave me some great advice about care for the new tyres.
