Good customer service would rate them 4.5 stars

From the time I attended the office to get a quote to the time the Tyres were placed on the car. The professionalism of staff and courteous nature was great

Took in car for a known cracked collant tank and overall service. Advised them in advance that a tank was required. Waited 2.5 hours for service and then was told needed brakes replaced also. No work on tbe tank had been done yet at this point yet. Was told both would be completed by end of day. Waited around the centre another 3.5hr without update. Went back at closing tume and was told they didn't have parts to do the work (This could've been mentioned this at the start of the day! Or a phone call any other time) and that I needed to leave car overnight and it would probably be done tomorrow.
When i asked how i was going to get home i was told to "walk fast"! Decided I would cancel the tank replacement but was then told in had to come back the next day still as they couldn't process the refund (all work was paid in advance). Then was overcharged the next day for what had been done on the new invoice for the brakes (and was and only got a refund cause I took a picture of the original paper quote the previous day otherwise probably wouldn't have noticed)

Charge full price for roadworthy. Didn’t even provide a report. Only said the next time they will reduced the price. I specified I will sell the car soon and there won’t be next time. The guy just kept repeating they can’t change the billing and next time they can reduce the price.

Brought my extremely worn down car for servicing at the point cook outlet and was explained the realistic options and rough issues after test driving. Given that engine issues were severe, the team decided not to service my car but gave me advice for free instead. Appreciate how sincere they are at running their business.

Absolute shit , took daughters car in twice , for a service and to fix an engine light the first time , got a list of things needed to be worked on next time $800 . engine light still on .
Took in a second time to fix what they said was the drama another $800 later still got the same problems .
Didn’t even know what the issue was but still charged for stuff that they thought was the problem , still no resolve .
Then they say take to Holden repair to see if they can diagnose . So what did we just pay for the last 2 visits

Amazing work with staff which listens.

Went over and above in replacing the tyres.

Mycar was able to accommodate my need for repairs to be carried out and they are always happy to take on new appointments.

Everything went well but lack of communication in telling what was completed as to what was told.. same thing happened last time as well

No waiting time . Did my car tyres change and wheel alignment within an hr . 4 pirelli tyres paid less than 500$ . Overall great experience. Mr Singh at counter was great . Highly recommend this place .
