Do not go to Mycar to service your car!!!I wish I could give you zero star this option was available. I do not believe at all my car is serviced. I saw somebody picking it up from the parking and dropped it back after a few minutes, but I dropped it at 2:00 PM and was told to pick it up at 5PM. I went to pick it up at 4PM as the my car is parking at the myCar parking lot. They said I didn't pay first and the amount of the payment which was showing to them is just the basic service. That means they did only the basic service which I still do not trust. Then I showed them what I paid from my mobile, then they got confused because I paid for extra seevices as well which costs me $431, and then one of them called his boss about it and he told me he didn't get the document from bokkinguru and he couldn't pay me back the extra which I paid and he told me that he will do it the next day when he gets it. I got the recipt and all report the next day as if everything is done as I paid. How come? Why are they not telling the truth? And my car is telling me on the dashbourd that it is not serviced at all. It shows me the sign. How come?? My instinct tells me that I paid for nothing. And I will never ever come back to you!!
Teach your employees better script & respect freedom of customers
The person who took my car was young and did things according to the script. I was told the care will be assessed a phone call will be given to notify leading to further action-the phone call did not happen. The thing that I will never agree, ever, when people make decisions for me. Please Mgt let your people live a little bit. Train them with better scripts.
The gentlemen who gave me the car back was older than the first one, very polite and professional as it should be.
The job was done, though.
Teach your employees a better scripts, and remember the customer is the one who is paying the success of the company. The customer loves freedom.
