They were very professional in their approach to customers and their work was carried out in workman like way would recommend them to anyone.

As for the service, wiper water spray seems not working, though I asked to check during the check in..

The customer service is not good at all, the time schedule is not good enough, check out is not smooth. All the parkings for Mycar customers are fully occupied and staff told me to wait for a park as they are not allowed to go to Basement park to look for the car. I wish I could come at the booked time and the park is ready for the customer who is going to do a service, or at least the staff could be more friendly and helpful, instead of "no one wants to work on weekends" as he said.

Have been using this company for several years and always happy with their service.

Discovered they had an out of hours key safe I could use for very early morning drop off. The company also explained if I couldn't collect the car that night, they would lock it up in their building. So those are features that stood out for me this service.

I formally express my disappointment following a very unpleasant experience at Mycar Tyre & Auto Point Cook branch today.

Upon arriving at the service desk with my wife, we were met by two staff members whose body language and facial expressions clearly conveyed disinterest and a lack of willingness to assist. It felt as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than a valued customer interaction.

I approached the counter to confirm a booking I had made online the previous evening for my car service scheduled next week. One of the staff members, who appeared to be the manager, responded with an inappropriate and dismissive attitude. He looked at us and said, “Are you talking to me or to him?” while pointing to the other team member. I replied that I would like assistance from either of them.

There was no one else at the desk when we arrived, and we expected a more welcoming response. When I provided the car registration number on my phone, he insisted I read it out loud instead. After doing so, he claimed there was no booking in the system and asked again when the booking was made. When I clarified that it was done online the previous night, he responded with a giggle and said, “I know that, but when is it booked for?”

Throughout the interaction, his tone, choice of words, and dismissive body language demonstrated a lack of basic customer service courtesy. Neither my wife nor I felt respected or valued as customers.

In a time when many businesses are striving to retain customers and provide excellent service, it is disheartening to encounter such indifference. Respect, professionalism, and courtesy should be the foundation of any customer-facing role.

I sincerely hope Mycar’s management will take this feedback seriously. A change in attitude and a commitment to treating customers with dignity and respect is crucial.
