Absolutely impressive services
Absolutely impressive services - informative, professional, neat and tidy! The online booking is essential, because the centre is completely swamped and I noticed that they have to turn a few walk-ins away sadly. Caleb on the reception was a very patient person with strong communication skills. Thank you for looking after my old car.

Mixed Experience at Doncaster East Tyre Service
I booked my tyre replacement online and got it done within two hours after dropping my car off at the Doncaster East store. The staff who helped me was awesome, super patient, explained wheel alignment and costs clearly. I’m really happy with their efficiency and service.
But the day before, I swung by the same store to ask about tyres, and an older staff (maybe the store manager) was pretty rude, impatient, ignoring me, answered phone call during the face2face conversation with me. He just told me to come back Monday since they were out of stock, but never mentioned I could’ve just booked online and avoided the back-and-forth.

I went in on Monday to have tyres checked. This was done and I made an appointment for 3pm. The tyre change was done. The staff pleasant and polite.

Helpful & Easy Process!
Despite a small delay due to wrong parts ordered. They overcommunicated and ensured that I was informed the whole time. Further, they were transparent about what works need to be done. Very helpful!

Not to be trusted
Was told my tyres were cracked and needed replacing by the manager.This was a lie. The tyres were ok.Also a banana skin was left under my seat.Was also told i needed a front end alighnment.More bullshit.I would not recommend this place to service a biilly cart.

Wonderful and easy
Everything went very smoothly, from the online booking experience, through to the day of the service. Totally recommend for cars that don't need anything fancy from a routine car service
