Friendly and responsive service at reception; whilst car was repaired very quickly.

Professional & Pleasant service with a difficult repair issue.

Callum was knowledgeable on the Audi Diesel Particles Filter system and was able to direct me to the next course of actions.

Tom was our mobile car service provider. He was fantastic. He kept us informed of his arrival time at start of the day, he finds out beforehand about our warranty situation, was friendly, talk me through the possibilities, very knowledgeable and definitely an expert at his field. Service was swift and less than an hour our car Tyre was fixed. Thanks Tom

I came in to fix my car’s light bulb, like always, my car provided me with excellent service.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service experience at your. The series of events I encountered were highly frustrating and not in line with the level of service I expected from MyCar.

Non-Genuine Part Installation: Initially, my car was fitted with a non-genuine part, which caused the engine warning light to activate upon delivery.

Return for Repairs: I returned the car to the service center, where I was informed that a genuine part would need to be installed. I left the car for further repairs.

Unresolved Engine Warning: After the genuine part was installed, the engine warning light remained on. The service center then informed me that they were unable to resolve the issue and asked me to collect the car in its unresolved state.

Unacceptable Response: When I explained to the service center manager that the issue arose after their initial repair attempt, I was met with resistance and pressure to take back the car without a resolution.

Final Resolution After Escalation: It was only after I stood firm and refused to accept the car in its faulty state that further investigation was conducted. Eventually, it was discovered that a burnt fuse—caused by the initial installation of a non-genuine part—was responsible for the issue. The fuse was replaced, and the problem was resolved.

This entire experience was highly unprofessional and avoidable had proper care been taken during the initial repair process. It is unacceptable that I had to escalate the matter and insist on a resolution for an issue caused by your team’s actions.

I expect MyCar to take this feedback seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Customers should not have to endure such inconvenience or advocate so strongly for basic accountability and quality service.

I would appreciate a formal response addressing this matter and outlining what steps will be taken to improve your processes moving forward.

Easy to deal with, explain the work they’ve done & provide a list of work that will need doing. Also cover their work with 1 year Road Side assistance

I was asked to wait even I have booked my session, also after the bay is available, I have to wait longer than expected. Staff there are generally polite, price are competitive as well.

The team at Doncaster are always helpful.

We appreciated staff giving us in detail what was required to make my car safer. Way more than what we expected but we trusted that it was necessary. What threw me that soon after I picked it up , a warning light came on when I was travelling on a busy road and didn’t know what it was. Once arrived at my destination it said it was a tyre pressure problem. Drove it home and my husband had it up to you at 8am next morning who said it wasn’t anything to worry about. It just they forgot to reset something. But it was stressful driving a car with a warning light.

The service was excellent and the explanation of what my car was needing was very informative.

Friendly and professional services

Laurie from Doncaster has done a few jobs for us and he is fantastic,honest and easygoing.

I have two cars serviced at the Doncaster East branch
over the last two years I find Caleb at reception very helpful and service work has been very good. the only problem has been when two oxygen censors were replaced they couldnt clear the fault codes but I will still go there for my servicing.

A very difficult problem to resolve was tracked down and fixed by the team.

Very helpful, great prices and communication.
