❌ Very disappointing experience ❌
Last year I took my car to this workshop for a service. One of the things they told me was that the front tyres needed replacing. I agreed to all the recommended work — I didn’t refuse anything. They replaced the front tyres with Continental, which is a highly reputable German brand known for its durability and quality.

Now, just one year later, I brought the car in again — and again they tell me that the front tyres need replacing.
Naturally, I was upset and asked how tyres from such a well-known, premium brand could wear out in just one year. Their explanation was that there was a wheel alignment issue that caused the tyres to wear unevenly.

But here’s the problem: if there was a wheel alignment issue, why didn’t they fix it last year when I gave them full approval to perform all required work? Either they missed it, ignored it, or worse — charged me for work they didn’t actually do.

This raises serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency. I trusted them to take proper care of my car, and now I’m facing the cost of replacing tyres they themselves installed just one year ago.

Unfortunately, it feels like their focus is more on repeat charges than real solutions. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.

Quick , friendly and great service

The mycar guys at East Doncaster repaired my tyre quickly and promptly. Done in under 2 hours. Back on the road fast. Couldn't ask for better service.

This is not my first experience with Mycar Tyre and Auto.
On my arrival I was greeted with a smile. Once all the formalities were out of the way, I was told that I would be contacted as soon as the vehicle was ready. (True to his word)
I told the mechanic I needed the vehicle ready by a certain time. ( Was not disappointed)
I was happy with the price and also with the Tyre Care plan offered.
I would've rated a 5, but was disappointed with the condition of the wheel caps. They were filthy and when I asked why they were not cleaned the service person said they don't wash the car. Wasn't expecting the car washed just clean caps.

Very friendly and an amazing service

Laurie & the team were quick to inspect my car with its braking issue. They very quickly found the cause of the problem. Unfortunately unable to fix the issue due to it being a factory item, but still made calls to help steer me in the right direction.
Would definitely take my car back to these guys moving forward.
