Prompt as always, professional friendly service

Thank you to the team at Coomera for servicing my car. Service is provided on how quick and efficient I was back on the road with brand new tyres.

I turned up to get my brakes done and the guy had no idea that he couldn't lift my van, even though to do the brakes, all you need to do is lift the front with a trolley jack, but they were too lazy to do this as they just wanted to use their lift. I left in an UBer and got to my destination and 10 minutes later he rings me to say he can't do it so i had to catch an uber back. Won't be coming back to MyCar ever again.

I booked in to have 4 tyres replaced despite the quote being higher than other providers, due to the good reviews on here and being able to book for same day. When I arrived I was advised of the extra $89 for wheel alignment (that other quotes include) or else I would forfeit any warranty. Fine. But the wheel alignment didn't happen during my appointment so I have to bring my car back again, and there was grease left all over all 4 rims. So not 5 stars.

Had an emergency situation with our vehicle and the team at Coomera got straight onto it, fixed it and provided excellent guidance. Will definitely use them for all car needs in the future.

Rick at reception has everything humming brilliantly! He is an asset to the company! He listens to every concern or questions and goes out of his way to resolve them! Thank you for the excellent genuine service and care he took to resolve my concerns

Their staff are incredibly responsible and trustworthy. After giving my car a thorough inspection, they provided me with the safest and most cost-effective solution. What could be more satisfying than this kind of service? I'll definitely come back to that guy named Lucky next year; he's trustworthy and highly recommended!
