I was able to book my car in for a tyre fix on the day. As I’ve purchased my tyres from them the fix was free! I didn’t expect the free fixes included fixing due to a giant nail and was very happy. The car was ready at the time they said it would be. The entire process from booking in to completion was flawless. Thank you

Have always used mycar except when sevice was part of the purchase for a new vehicle.
So now will continue with mycar as have always been happy with the service and attention to détail.

Would liked to have been able to take advantage of the recent promotion offering à $100 discount and cheap fuel voucher.
But was not eligible and no explanation was available. Doesn't make sense would like to know why.

I did not appreciate being phoned and told I was very late, when I was 20mims later than the booked appointment time of 10am (especially considering I made it abundantly clear they would have the car all day when I made the booking)

The staff were courteous, contacted me about extras that were needed. Car was ready at the time they said it would.

Usually 5 stars,a few hiccups with this service but all was fixed promptly

I am a tourist with my german car travelling through Australia and came to MyCar to get a set of new tyres and a pressure monitoring system. They installed the sensors of that system and after that they added the tyres and then they found that the sensor system did not fit to the monitor that they got from the siupllier. They didn't check if the system is working before they istalled the sensors and the tyres. We agreed that I go to Perth to get a monitor that fits to the sensors. I did that, but in Perth they only had a complete system and not a single monitor. So they took the monitor and connected it to already installed sensor. They remaining sensors I sent back to MyCar in Adelaide to get a refund, but they refursed it. So they got they money for the sensors and a new set of sensors in addition without paying for that. I am ot happy.

Ease of the whole function.

I was returning to get my brakes done as I didn’t have time the previous visit. I again needed to be out of there by 11.30…..

No issues it was done.

Great service the team is always super pleasant.
