Service itself was efficient and to a high standard. Staff were friendly and the car was ready on time. I collected it later and the staff were happy to hold my car until I got there.
When booking online, I had selected my car model first (BYD Atto 3) then selected the service and options. I selected "wiper refills" for $34 as I needed new wipers, as well as a diagnostic scan for $89. I was later told that the wipers would be $90+ as mine were not "refills", but thankfully they honoured the original price when I reminded them that I had already selected the car before the prices were presented. The diagnostic was also included in the price (not sure why it was an option then) but they recommended a tyre balancing, which resulted in the same overall cost. This confusion of pricing costs the rating one star.
I also took my car following a 12V battery fail. They correctly identified that an interface issue was the cause and cleared that error, but ever since then my cruise control and parking sensors have not behaved quite right. Mycar were not able to fix this, and suggested I contact BYD directly. For a 5-star service, I'd expect mycar to fix this too, so this also costs one star.

Dislikes:
1. Payment upfront when you book service online.
2. Feels like they are trying up sell or exaggerate list of issues with car, then advise that they can only do the 'easy stuff' (oil, tyres) on the day.
3. Asked to look at a 'knock' issue but was told they could not detect it.
4. Asked them not to lock my driver's side door as there is an issue with the door lock in that in does not unlock again. Asked if they can look at it if time permits. They did not attempt to fix door and I found the door locked when collecting car. Had to get in via passenger door:-(

Likes:
1. Manager is friendly.
2. Convenient location.
3. Pricing seems reasonable although I paid $1080 for four new tyres (include alignment).
4. Text notification when car is ready to collect.

I asked that non functioning warning system on BYD rear mirrors be dealt with. Was advised may be fixed with software update. When collecting vehicle asked about this and technician didnt know. Asked if vehicle test driven and advised just down their lane. Clearly didnt care.

Couldn’t fault the experience. Fast, Thorough and clear communication thought-out the service.

Very helpful.Newly purchased car was booked in for service but they checked it up computer look over and told me it didn't need one yet. Brakes could of replaced but said still 5000kms on it. Did full check of car and told me what it needed. These guys aren't about the money they are about the service and customer experience.

Disgraceful.
I received my receipt for a recent service which also includes other issues - at the bottom - which stated my rear break pads were down to 2mm and my rotors required replacing at a cost of $800! Got a quote from 2 other mechanics to fix the stated issue outlined by your mechanic - all of which came in under $500!
Then had it physically checked by my mates mechanic who he trusts - turns out I have 4mm on my rear pads and my rotors are fine and don’t need replacing at all.
Not that your company gives a fk but you’ve now lost my business and as many people as I can advise (word of mouth is more far reaching than you might think) to stay away from your dodgy company!

Came here with a wheel bearing problem and they replaced them on both fronts wheels really quickly.

Great service, fast turnaround time and good communication.

Cost less than quoted when I booked the car in. Able to pick car up early at lunch time.
