Had a punctured tyre, so took it to MyCar where I had tyres replaced previously a couple of years ago. The guy at the desk was friendly and helpful, and had the puncture repaired and car ready for pick up an hour or so later, with no charge applied. Great after- sales service!

Windscreen wiper detached in heavy traffic
Hiya, service went well (included windscreen wiper replacement) and process was good but then I was driving in heavy traffic when my passenger side windscreen wiper flew off. I had to drop off my passengers, return to the scene and recover wiper assembly. (Luckily not raining). My usual site Pulteney St was closed so I was lucky to be able to get to the Churchill site before it closed - opposite direction of where I needed to be. The fix was easy and all good now, but did require the run around to get it sorted.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. The attention to detail during the vehicle inspection exceeded expectations and is something many places fail to deliver. The team was consistently professional, and respectful.
