Do not place an order with this scam company. Trading Standards are investigating this scam/fraudulent website.

Do not believe the positive reviews. They are all fake. (There is no "live web chat", you will never speak with a real person, and no one will ever contact you or reply to any email ever. Once they've got your money, that will be that! You'll never receive what you paid for.)

If you have purchased from this fake company, contact your bank or card issuer and they will make a claim directly with the other merchant on your behalf and you will get an almost immediate refund.

Note to Trustpilot: Pin this review to the top and don't let these scammers post more fake reviews in an attempt to push the legitimate negative reviews out of the way. There is no "Live Web Chat" (it's a robot and always offline) and there is no "Jason". Remove all of these fake reviews which claim there is a real Customer Service behind this website.

Do not buy from this company as they will give you an estimated date then not deliver. There is no phone number to chase and they simply ignore your emails!!

I've given them 1 star but only because I couldn't give them "0".
I ordered some samples and to be fair they arrived within about 3 days.
I decided to place an order which came to around £384. They told me they would arrive on the Thursday but they didn't I wasn't happy as I had taken a day off work. I emailed to ask why but all I got was an automatic reply saying someone would contact me in 2-24 hours but got nothing. I did get a reply after a couple more emails to them saying there was a problem and couldn't give me a delivery date but offered me a refund. I decided on the refund and asked when y would receive it and was told 3-8 working days.
I said I would email on the 9th day to let them know if I had received it. As expected I didn't receive it. I emailed them a number of times and all I get if an automatic reply saying someone will be in touch but they never do. In the end I contacted my bank and they refunded me the money as I paid by credit card.

I ordered exactly the same brick slips from another company and they turned up 4 days later at a saving of about £140.

I don’t write negative reviews very often and it takes a lot for me to do so but I’ve been appalled by the lack of communication from MyBrickWall.
I ordered our tiles on 26th August, chased via email after hearing nothing and was told they would arrive last Tuesday 13th. I’ve emailed multiple times since last Tuesday to chase delivery and heard nothing. Their live chat isn’t working and I’ve even posted on their FB account (which is hiding the comments). Their phone number is disconnected.
All I’m after is a reply to confirm if my tiles will be arriving and when (as I have a builder waiting to fit them) or a refund.

Please do not buy from these lot. Absolutely shocking. I’m convinced it isn’t a legit company. Absolutely no communication. Beware

I have ordered and paid for delivery of items but they have not arrived I have emailed this NON EXISTENT customer service many many times and received automated emails back saying they will get in touch with me but NEVER have I have workmen waiting to finish off work they have started and cannot finish if your reading this by any chance my order number is MBW 16727425 I have paid over 2000 to this company and need this order to finish off the job VERY stressful

It is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. When I made my order they said it was a 3-10 day delivery. It's now 4 weeks down the road and still no delivery. I have contacted them about 6 times and I have only had 1 response and that was to ask for my order number. But have had no response since. It has held my job up massively. I have asked for a refund, but nothing. Then I've been asked for a review, unbelievable.

I have had to rate this one star, however, if I had a choice I wouldn’t as I couldn’t leave a review otherwise! This is a warning not to order from this company! I’m not sure if it’s a scam but I didn’t get my order, I still haven’t reviewed a refund when I cancelled the order, I can’t get in contact with anyone to find out what’s going, online chat never works and emails aren’t answered! Stay well clear! I have had to open up a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back!

Samples arrived very quickly and all look fab. Just need to decide on the colour then I can I can place my order!

So far I have ordered three sample sets from this company, all arrived extremely promptly, well packaged and appear of good quality. I like that they include fitting instructions/recommendations and will be placing my full order shortly once we have managed to narrow down which colour variant.

Order some samples for a feature wall in our bathroom. Great quality and customer service. The samples were amazing and so much variety. Can’t wait to get them on the wall now.

Nice brick slips samples, took a while to come through, but got immediate response from customer services offering a replacement if they didn't arrive that day.

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago, no communication or tracking. Emailed, Facebook messaged and no response. Had to start a claim back with the bank! Terrible customer service with no contact number or other means to communicate. Chat facility is always offline! AVOID LIKE COVID19

I ordered a sample which arrived fine and then ordered my project which again arrived without complications. However, we were one brick short from finishing our project so I wanted to contact customer service to see if they could order me one tile as in their website you only have the option of ordering by meter square. The website has no contact number, the live chat doesn't work (it says they are closed for the bank holiday but the date was from last year), so the only way to get hold of them is through email of which you'll get no reply. I actually got an automated response to say the orders are automated and sent direct to the manufacturer and they've had a balls up where ordered were being put as completed when they weren't so they are trying to resolve the issue. This was sent as an automated reply and not even relating to my query. Would warn people before ordering from this website. Fine if your product arrives but you'll have a frustratingly difficult time if anything goes wrong.

Samples never received, no response to email asking for refund.

The brickslips arrived on time, and were of good quality.
When I ordered the grouting however, that seemed to take longer than we had scheduled to get the works done, so i cancelled teh order. Otherwise, fantastic service.
A little tip - before placing order for brickslips, confirm the nature and colour of the grouting needed and order them together

Ordered samples online which were delivered quickly. I was also impressed that for each sample I was given 4 brick slips from that range so that I could really get a feel for how they would look on my wall.

Ordered multiple samples, they arrived on time. I will be ordering the brick slips for our fire place shortly. Thanks
