Bricks In a Bag are great, using Lego bricks to create the stadiums, something different but targets various people. Delivery was quick, packaging is great and the build was enjoyable. I will be recommending Bricks In a Bag to multiple friends as well as buying for my neice and nephews in the future.

The company is amazing, Pete went above and beyond to get my football stadium orded and sent out in time for my sons birthday.
The customer service was excellent.

I scanned the bag got the instruction found I was missing pieces contacted the bricksinabag to eventually be sent the correct instruction but no accountability taken made it seem like I’d see the wrong instruction when they hadn't been uploaded to the location. There was only one set of instruction but once I emailed regarding missing pieces I was told to make sure I had the correct instruction and then the correct instructions had been added. Adding the instruction correctly would have helped avoid this unpleasant experience.

These guys designed a bespoke Plough Lane football stadium complete with sink hole, a great quirky twist. Communication was great throughout and the bricks were sent quickly along with easy to follow instructions. Absolutely love it. Thank you 😊 highly recommend.

Ordered two bespoke models from Pete and I’m delighted with the final results. Absolutely fantastic product and company. I approached Bricks in a Bag a few weeks ago as I was searching for a lego stadium kit for a smaller league 2 football team. I chose to submit an enquiry for a custom kit with this company in particular due to the professional nature of the website, the reviews, and the reasonable pricing of the other products for sale whilst also using actual Lego branded pieces. The same day as submitting the enquiry, I received a detailed costs breakdown and approximate timescale for delivery. I was kept fully up to date throughout the process, and the kit arrived at the weekend in branded packaging and very quickly after dispatch. The attention to detail is amazing and the downloadable instructions are perfect to prevent them getting lost! I have nothing but praise for this small company; every aspect from the enquiry, to purchase, to delivery was handled with the upmost professionalism and friendliness. I have already recommend the company to several people as ideas for gifts, and will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

If I could give Pete 6 stars out of 5 I would. This is genuine business who prides themselves not only on their products but exceptional customer service, which unfortunately nowadays is few and far between for so many companies. I actually placed my order at the beginning of the year when the almighty black and white army made to the final of the Carabao Cup (I don't need to remind anyone of the result 🙂). A couple of weeks later, Pete sent a handmade card through the post to fellow toon fans to congratulate them on the win - what an unexpected lovely gesture this was. Having seen the other stadiums that's on offer, this is a perfect gift for any football fan ⚽️

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I’ve now had 2 bespoke models made by Bricks in a Bag, the building I work at and also South Shields First Cloud Arena.
I was kept fully up to date on what was happening and was blown away by the details that were in the models. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

They delivered the set faster than expected and added an extra piece celebrating the clubs recent cup win. Son loved putting this together.
