Outcome was great. Took 4-5 people and days to solve the problem, but my replacement Bird Buddy is up and running.

Best customer service ever
Both the translucent panels on our Bird Buddy feeder cracked due to age. I contacted customer service and in no time I received new replacement parts, free of charge. Very responsive and prompt shipping. They are the Gold standard in customer service.

Great Customer Service in Time of Need
After multiple bear and squirrel attacks, and four destroyed feeders, our camera finally died. We solved the smashed bird feeder problem by switching to a metal feeder, but we really missed the videos and postcards. I explained our situation and we were delighted that our broken camera was replaced with a new one. We are now once again enjoying our Birdbuddy camera, and are very happy with the support we received.

Camera Not Charging
My camera would not charge. I reached out for help. After following the troubleshooting plan, I was able to reconnect. I am back in the birdwatching business again!

Customer satisfaction!
The wind blew down my Bird Buddy feeder and broke several parts of it. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy the parts to fix it. They had me send some photos of it and the next thing I found out is they were sending me the parts at no charge!

What makes Bird Buddy great is the wonderful customer service. The wildlife here over the years have been tough on my birdbuddy. And although the camera has never been damages, many of the plastic parts of the feeder have been. Bird Buddy has always helped me by replacing them. I got another BB for my birthday this year so now I have 2! I love them.

Just a few concerns, but do like the Bird Buddy
First of all, I do love the Bird Buddy. One of the complaints I had was that it did not come with the 4 screw needed. They seem to be very specific. I tried to contact Bird Buddy and ended up with some emails. They did respond to my emails and they were very responsive with my concern. I ended up getting the extended perch and it did come with 4 screws. I will admit they were very hard to screw into the "house." Although, my son said he had no problem with that on his. Another concern was that I couldn't find any instruction to remove the film covering the solar panel. I did write that I suggested adding a small tab to the film indicating to remove film. An email advised me to remove it. I also use a different spout to pour the seed into the back. The container provided is not the best spout. I am only writing my concerns if it helps others or Bird Buddy to consider.
