No response until one week later

No response until one week later ! Instructions and website were incorrect and did not work. Once someone read my emails it got fixed.

I already have 2 Birdbuddy feeders with…

I already have 2 Birdbuddy feeders with HDCamera a Birdbuddy bath with HD camera. I just purchased a oiseau mouche feeder. Wayting for delivery to install it. The quality of the product is outstanding. Customer service is way above average. Would be nice if the bath had a heater to enabled use in winter.

Customer Service exceptional

Customer Service was exceptional. Always responded quickly and kept me up to date every step of the way on replacing my camera that would not charge. Some people might have needed a note with the new camera on next steps.

The gift that keeps on giving

Bird Buddy is such a great product, we have three different ones and it brings us so much joy every spring. We recently needed a new part for one of our feeders and it was sent right away!

Really miss the Bird Buddy phone support!

It took a while to resolve my issue, but it all worked out just fine in the end.
When I asked a question online, I was inundated with self-help assistance, not always easy to comprehend. I definitely needed to speak with a live agent to explain my unique issue. I was eventually able to email a live agent and my issue was resolved.
My issue would have been resolved much quicker speaking with a live agent.
I miss the Bird Buddy phone support!!

Changing WiFi Connection

I changed WiFi servers and had to reconnect my Bird Buddy. I could not have done it without chat! It was showing the camera had no charge, but once connected to the new WiFi, it showed 98% charged!

I love

I love, love my BirdBuddy. The solar panel is a great attachment and easily charges the camera. The camera takes beautiful, clear photos and videos. I had to email the company because I accidentally threw out the hanger. They quickly and politely replaced it for me and sent it out free of charge. The company is quality and the product is quality. You wont be disappointed. Get one! So much fun!
