First and most of all I love my Bird…

First and most of all I love my Bird Buddy and my Hummingbird Buddy. It has been such a wonderful addition to our family as we all participate in the love of watching the visitors that we have each day. Our dinner conversations include who came to visit that day. But more than that the company has the BEST customer service of any company I have contacted for help. Their response time is so prompt I had answers in the same day I contacted the company,. And their responses are so friendly and sincere it made it a the process like I was writing to a friend. Also they gave me a number to refer to our conservations incase I had to connect them a second time. I was not being brushed off. Thank you Bird Buddy!!!!!

A storm blew my Hummingbird feeder off…

A storm blew my Hummingbird feeder off the hook and it tumbled down a ways breaking off the bottom tabs that held the red nectar container. It was less than a year old and given to me as a birthday gift. I contacted Maja and they were very gracious and sent me a new one. Hoping this one doesn’t get blown away and it’s in a safer location if a big storm does come. Bring on the hummingbirds!!

HORRIBLE customer service

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. I got my bird buddy for Xmas from my spouse. We paid for an entire year service and in April the camera stopped working. They have no other way to connect with them except for them to “create a ticket” and someone will email you. The problem is that doesn’t work well at all. I’ve been emailing with someone for three weeks now. This guy keeps telling me to do the same thing I have already told him does not work. It take between 3-5 days between my email back and his response. Only to have him say the same things. I am fed up. I want my money back.

***has anyone else noticed that BB responds to these one star reviews with the same exact answer every time? And by the way BB there is no way at all to contact your “care center and ask to speak to a live agent” that is just an outright untruth.***

Poor customer service

I ordered a special package that included a free suet. I did not receive the free gift. After several weeks, I still have not received a response to my email to customer service. An additional issue is that I was automatically signed up for a free 30-day auto-renewing subscription. I bought the bird buddy set as a gift for my husband. His birthday is in a few days. So the 30-day subscription was of no use as a trial because he has not yet opened his present. It was not easy to cancel the subscription. I had to search the internet for the solution. Poor customer service so far. Now I’m really nervous about whether the camera and setup will work, and how we will get assistance if needed.
