I have not had any feedback yet so cannot give you a good review. My hummingbird feeder is still not recognizing and taking pictures. I see the hummingbird at the feeder but nothing is recorded on bird buddy. My streaming is working and my battery is fully charged. I still need help. thank you

I had great help explaining everything I needed help with. Only thing I suggest, is raising your chat bar up a little. It's barely on the screen, and hard to find.

The customer service is incredible
The customer service is incredible. I had an issue with the new birdbuddy for hummingbirds. My order was delivered to the wrong address and the USPS wasn’t able to recover it. After an email and a couple of days my new birdbuddy was in route, with another carrier.

The online correspondence was amazing
The online correspondence was amazing. Quick to assist. Even more so getting me my replacement part. Bring on the first again this year! No so much the squirrels..ugh cute, funny but totally killed my feeder. With the fast response times..we r back in business. Thank you!

I have an early Bird Buddy Bird Feeder…
I have an older Bird Buddy Bird Feeder Model. The Camera has not worked for over a year while I awaited Bird Buddy to send me a new Solar Roof. Upon receiving it I attempted to restart the camera after I deleted the app from my cell phone. I tried to re charge the camera using a new ATT USB C Cable to USB C Cable and a new adapter. No LED Light. I have the Camera serial Number. 00000260665. I have made repeated attempts to contact customer support at the company, but they have refused to answer me.

I love being able to see my…
I love being able to see my hummingbirds but, I don't feel I should have to pay an annual fee to receive all the benefits the feeder has to offer.
On the other hand, customer service was extremely helpful when I was missing a piece and they got it to me in a very reasonable amount of time.

Took a little more time to get issue resolved than expected but eventually agent was patient and professional while troubleshooting and I am very satisfied with resolution.

I don't normally leave reviews but the birdbuddy customer service I recently received was incredible. My birdbuddy was taken out by an overly enthusiastic squirrel and several parts ended up shattered. I reached out to birdbuddy to see whether I could buy specific parts and they sent me a replacement roof and seed cover. Over the moon.

Received my Bird Buddy as a gift when it first came out. Thru the years I have had various communications. They have always been professional, courtesy and friendly. I reached out recently needing some parts and the staff was most accommodating and generous. I highly recommend Bird Buddy to all!!!
