Food is fine just customer service. Rang the number which is on Google for my branch. Got told they do not have a direct line. Spoke to a man who was so rude. Told him how they normally make the burger and he said no they don’t I said they do then he said he would tell them. He clearly didn’t the burger came with just cheese no burger sauce. The customer service is always just so rude it’s so off putting that’s why I hadn’t ordered from then since years ago literally won’t be returning.

Ordered food at 20:40 still waiting now. Simple order

The new women in drive through is incompetent messes up the orders she is more interested in flirting with male colleagues but yet presents herself as a good Muslim wearing a scarf. They call it a drive through but yet you have to park up and wait half an hour or more even when your the only customer in drive through to get your food where as if we wanted to wait for our food we would just go to a restaurant sit and wait. The Birmingham branch is way more busy with a constant flow of traffic but yet they manage to give you your food straight away. The workers just stand around flirting with one another ignoring customers the place is shambels it needs new management a whole new line of staff! It's not surprising they are not that busy I'm sure other customers have felt the same and never returned. Even after 30 minutes wait we had uncooked chips served to us.

Was disappointed about the restaurant conditions including no working restroom in the restaurant.

Terrible service. Didn’t make the order as I asked. Didn’t put any peproni in my pizza even though i paid for extra toppings.

Increase in price , decrease in quality and portion size!

I order from bigjohn near westbrom everyday at night . The person whj takes orders always change some time I then very polite and happy face but today I face a worst person at bigjohn very bad reaction while I was ordering like he was frustrated and when I asked to repeat order he took a bad breath

The worst customer service over the phone I have ever come across and I'm 40yrs old.

Had a fish and chip meal from this establishment delivered by Deliveroo, found a rhinestone from someone's finger nail in the chips, , complained to Deliveroo but no response, Been a regular customer from here but never again

Ordered the 20” Vegetable Pizza there was a tray pizza base on the counter however the assistant went to the back and got another pizza base and made the Pizza probably left over rubbish. Went home tasted awful and the dough at the ends was a dry as anything. Had an upset tummy afterwards, whole family did not like IT.

Went to the one corporation street disgusting mushy peas never seen like green water staff rude it needs closing

Always found big johns are only ok for pizza .The chips have the most awful taste and smell .To say I was surprised when I tried the coronation burger would be an understatement. It was juicy ,tasty ,temperature hot and really tasty .Well done big johns

Always have a good experience food arrives well packaged and piping hot and good size portions

Cold chips and rude staff. Won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Fish overcooked, no batter & food was 30 minutes late

Took an hour to prepare and send an Uber eats order from the Soho road branch in handsworth.

No happy, I have ordered three chicken and chips at Big Johns without realising that it's £3:49 for 1 piece of with no chips. I have called Big John's to rectify the order and was told that, that's what you have order and that's it. So I have paid £10.47 for 3 pieces of chicken. Note to others customers, bad customer service and extortion.

Staff were so rude to me and nice to other customers
