I have been with Music guard for many years their customer service is always outstanding, friendly and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble I would not use any other company.

I had an issue renewing online
I had an issue renewing online. I spoke to one of the rep over the telephone who was very helpful and send me an email form to complete so she could manually update my account and renew it for me.

You didn't listen to my requirements…And made a phone call with no response
You didn't listen to my requirements and incorrectly created an account and policy that was not what I asked for. I have emailed, and make a phone call with no response

As part of the process for buying a musicGuard policy, the requirements are fully reviewed to understand whether the policy meets a customers demands and needs. It appears that the call handler did not receive feedback at this point that the policy was not as you required.
