I have been with Music guard for many years their customer service is always outstanding, friendly and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble I would not use any other company.

Was so surprised how easy and stress…
Was so surprised how easy and stress free music guard made it for me, helping me from start to finish. And only took a week too complete. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Highly recommended
As a working DJ I’ve been using Music guard to insure my equipment for the last 2 years, in that time I’ve made 2 claims and the service I was provided has been 2nd to none. I would highly recommend this company

Bad service
Bad service. I was with them since 2012 and left them in December 2020. No claim made during the whole time. After I left, they charged a fee, then they shortchanged me a refund and now I’m still chasing them but getting the total run around.

We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our customer service in this instance and for the delayed refund. The payment taken after you cancelled the policy was due to your direct debit payment already being processed by your bank. This was subsequently refunded on a pro-rata basis from the point of cancellation.

It’s a good service working more for the gigging musicians than our static music club venue
But it covers our needs and the folks are easy to deal with

Piece of Mind Sorted quickly.
Excellent service. Called me up when my policy was due for renewal and everything was pretty straightforward. Even managed to get cover for some of my gear that’s kept in my studio, which is a wooden building and no one would ever insure. I had to add a fire extinguisher and a smoke alarm and it was good to go. Highly recommended.

I had a very productive call with a woman from the insurance company as I was thinking of changing to another company as my policy had gone up by 50% for no apparent reason. After talking about the add ons of my policy which were no longer relevant we reduced the policy to last year's price. Happy day!

20 years of Great Cover
I have been with Music Guard for over 20 years now. Although there were a number of challenges with my renewal this year they were sorted out quickly and without any drama. I am looking forward to another year of great cover.
