Just renewed policy with Music Guard. Have never made a claim but impressed with very helpful telephone adviser who explained all the benefits really well. Feel confident that what I need is well covered with an affordable premium. Always lovely when you don't have to hold forever to speak to an adviser. I'm always impressed when I phone- they send out public liability cert & insurance docs very promptly

Been with company many years, received renewal and i askeuardd for it to be looked at, and they managed to give me a much better price. Having to make a claim was simple and easy with no fuss, gave evidence they needed at 15.25 on a friday afternoon and claim was agreed by 17.00 that evening. Jamie my claims handler could not have made the process any easier. Will always continue to use Music Guard, im in my 14th year now
