Kit arrived in good time. Easy to use and send back. Results took the 3-4 weeks as expected. Some really interesting insights. Now just to tweak diet, Supplements Etc to see if all was worth it or not

Highly recommend using this. Ive been struggling with not feeling right for ages. Doctors no help. This was simple to do. Results came in less than 4 wks. Worked out a plan from my results which were easy to understand . Handy you can go to the app whenever and keep looking. Asked to speak to someone to ask questions. Got a response straight away. It was an easy process with step by step instructions. The results came about 4 weeks after I sent in the sample. I loved receiving the data and analyzing it. I had a few things confirmed that I had a hunch with. I did learn a few new things about myself. I have set up a list of foods to eat and avoid based on my results. I am very pleased with the data I received, I will start implementing the changes right away.

This is the missing piece of the training and well-being jigsaw. After only 10 days of following the DNA recommendations I have more energy for training, faster recover and less bloating from food. Moreover it not only analyses fitness and diet but mental health and psychological tendencies. This test has been a wake up call for me to address my health concerns.

Excellent service and very comprehensive. It is worth every penny. People spend £1000s on equipment, supplements and all manner of things to help with their fitness and life in general. Why wouldnt you pay a small amount to have a road map of your own personal make up? Get on it.....

DNA analysis at its finest. Dedicating my life to training and knowledge of it, getting my DNA analysed was a no brainer. It allows me.to understand even more about my own body to be able to train better and look after myself with a deeper level of understanding. Muhdo provide this with simplicity and ease from the DNA sample kit to the result within the app.

The most comprehensive nutrigenetic analysis out there! Customer service at the end of the phone if you have any problems and a user friendly app to help interpret the massive amount of data their screening provides. Great stuff, answers so many questions and cuts out the guess work!

Amazing to see all this information at your fingertips. Having looked at it and seen what I thought might be true gives a great sense of validation. More importantly seeing things that I can change to have the best outcome is so useful and the genetic action plan lets me focus on the important things.

The process of ordering and sending off your DNA sample with Muhdo is very simple and easy. Once you get your results they are very in depth. With breakdowns and recommendations for all areas of your health.

The app is great, very easy to use and has a lot of functionality. Really the only reason for me not giving a 5 star review was the turnaround on getting my results. I had to wait for a month to get my results back from the lab. However it's worth pointing out that this was during COVID-19 and lockdown restrictions so there was delays around this.

I am very pleased to be using Muhdo and would recommend people to have their DNA tested with them so you can gain a better understanding of your overall health on a deep level. I am going to use their services again to have my epigenetics tested. Thanks Muhdo.
