as so many here, I ordered and I do not get my results which should be there since some days - considering the price, they should come in time.
When you email them you get no reply and also you do not get anyone on the phone or a call back.

I purchased the basic Muhdo package years ago, but still look at the app for guidance, Chris from Muhdo is fantastic answering queries post sale and helps you understand what the next steps are.

The data is amazing, I only wished I had done this earlier. The analytics have shown that some supplements that I was taking were actually of no benefit this saving money and can focus in on what my body actually needs. Amazing

Got the Epigenetics DNA kit, was really simple to use and submit thought it would be difficult but wasn’t, I also got amazing customer support before and after I got my results. Highly recommend

My kit was delayed for 3 weeks due to the warehouse having lost the order it but when I contacted customer services, the lady I spoke to was very helpul and managed to sort it out. It then arrived promptly. It does take a little while to get the results but that's to be expected. There's a lot of information presented which is useful, together with guidance on how to address anything that may be of concern. All in all, it was worth the money and I'd recommend.

I've decided to delete my previous review, and update score to 5/5 due to a fact how much change I've noted after applying the information provided in DNA Health report.
The report provided me with actionable information on nutrition and supplementation. Physical results have shown me how to plan workouts and achieve results efficiently.
In summary - well worth it!

For the second time they screw me over. My epigenitics should are due. They dont answer my emails. This is a fake compagny.

Jan was an absolute pleasure to deal with when I had a problem with my DNA test kit I explained the situation an within a few minutes she had responded via email after a day or two she had sorted it out.She was so helpful and was so very friendly I wish other companies would take note usually when something happens and you have to phone/ email a company you are lucky if you even get a reply. Jan Mullock should show all these other customers relations managers just how it should be done.I have no hesitation in recommending MUHDO.

Many thanks to Jan (Customer Relations Manager) for resolving the issue of my order of a Muhdo DNA Transform kit, which the local logistics service failed to deliver about ten days ago. Not only was Jan very responsive to my questions, she also went above and beyond to re-order a new kit to replace the one that got stuck in transit. Knowing customers can rely on such a supportive and responsive customer service department is very comforting. I will keep recommending the products and the service to my friends and colleagues.
