Excellent product! Helped me realise that I was wasting hundreds of pounds a month on products that did literally nothing for me. The best investment to make in yourself! We all run off to buy protein, vitamins and other supplements thinking we are helping our body..... well do you even know if what you are putting in your body is actually going to have a effect? Using DNA testing to really understand what your body needs and what your body doesn't need is the best place to start.

Im not a science type of person at all but Muhdo have made it so simple to understand, the App allows you to explore and understand your results in a really simple form, It highlighted some areas of higher risk but the best part of all this is that- I don't just get told my result - I'm guided on how to make the most of out them and how to change certain elements! Invest in yourself - we spend so much money on supplements, food, health products ... but do you know if your body even needs it! I have some really simple changes to make which will be a game changer for me, for my training and overall health! Invest in yourself! You wont regret it.

Muhdo is an incredible service, not only do they get your test kit to you quickly, they get your results turned around in a matter of weeks. For such a complex process, this is an incredible product giving such insightful information to aid both your training and nutrition. I have introduced several people to muhdo because I believe the information they give is pretty eye opening and is very individualised which is what makes it so unique in the health and wellness industry, rather than giving you generalised advice, they really dive deeply into helping you.

Waited now for 3 days for my delivery thou I asked for 12-48 hours tracking, got no email to say where it is or when it will be delivered. Very poor considering having Eddie Hall as a promoter and not giving the customers what they order on time or any details on delivery.

Worst service order a dna kit didnt come was promised a second dna kit as an apology didn’t receive that either

I first heard about Muhdo from one of their ambassadors, Ash Grimshaw, and then also saw the Eddie Hall videos, so I decided to do the test. It has been extremely insightful and helpful to my own training and nutrition.

Very well set up and organised company. After getting my results back I wanted abit more insight to what my results actually mean with regards to my training and supplements. So after emailing the company to get a consultation. I set up a consultation with Chris Collins that went through all my results throughly and recommend supplements and training ideas for me to work with, for my body. Very helpful and would recommend to anybody that wants to do this sort of DNA testing.

Since watching the Eddie Hall video, coinciding with finally starting to loose weight and gain muscle, I decided to try Muhdo only to find it is NOT available in Canada.

I am fairly confident that I have some inflammation issues and would really like to nail down what balances I need to correct and how to optimize my weight loss and muscle gains.

My 4 star rating is based on the CAPABILITY of what this testing can do. If I ever get the test this will be re-reviewed, but again, it's currently unavailable in my country.

Amazing - It actually tells me where I need to focus my time and energy. Forever I've been taking time and effort to focus on aspects of supplementation, and wellness that truly weren't doing me any good due to strong genetic aspects of my body. I wasn't taking creatine which proved to be extremely beneficial for me, and I was taking significant amounts of glutamine which wasn't doing anything.

I purchased this after pondering for a while about it, but was convinced by Eddie Hall in his videos where he talks through his own experience with Muhdo. It was easy getting registered after purchasing and got my results back very quickly. So far it's been a few days since i got the results back but i am already putting changes into how i go about my day to day activities such as diet, sleep etc. I feel it is well worth investing into your own health as it will help for the long run and i find this will improve my body, mind by implementing the changes through using the brilliant app. Really recommend to anyone who wants to make healthier lifestyle change or reach certain health goals.

I would highly recommend Muhdo lab for DNA profiling and epigenetic tracking! It helps me maximize the benefits from my genes while minimizing the risks. Prevention is much better than cure. All processes works well, no any delay or troubles, I got my results in time with full description in the app. The staff from support friendly and very helpful.

Did not recieve order, but given full refund

Have been looking at ways of improving my overall health and training for a while. This product has given me a good insight and understanding of where I am at at this present time. It my opinion it is a small cost to pay for the benefits I've got from the results.

I saw this dna test of a Eddie hall YouTube video and thought to my self this is what iv been looking for, so I purchased it for my self and received my results about 2 days ago and it has already changed my life in this short space of time.

Well worth the money I payed, would recommend to anyone
