Good app, I do have some questions in relation to some of the results, but all in all very insightful. A little slow on the results, but we're professional in handling their product.

Surprisingly simple service, receive a tube in the post, spit in it and send it back and voila, you receive a whole host of valuable information about your genes that you can use for sport, health and wellbeing. It took a little longer than expected but that's understandable at a time like this. The only thing I've dropped a star for is I was told my results were ready and to log into the app to get them but it wasn't working which led to me sending an email to find out why to be told they were updating the service and it was a false message sent to me. Other than that it's been spot on would recommend

When I first was introduced to muhdo health, I was very curious. Because I am a Personal trainer and professional bodybuilder I know how vital it is to get that edge. Every inch counts and what I saw in muhdo, sounded promising.
After taking the test and getting my results, they didn't disappoint. All the information I need to help make my nutritional and exercise plans easier was there in my results in detail.
The diet overview I found very insightful and helpful.
My physical overview also affirmed many aspect I knew but made it clear to me without doubts what my strengths and weaknesses were. For training this was very helpful.
My Vitamins deficiencies also was insightful and aids my mirco nutrition going forward. The results identified and made clear what worked for me and best suits my biological make up.

I came across muhdo health and was very curious at first as to what I would find out. Upon receiving my results I’ve been nothing but amazed at how much I now know about my body and health. I would defiantly recommend to people who are trying to find that extra edge in their training or just looking for answers to why things may not be working.

So informative and a great app to use alongside your results. The results will help me make informed changes to my diet

As a personal trainer and marathon runner, the kit is brilliant. The depth of the results are astonishing, for clients it’s fantastic to have the ability to train my clients so specific to them, and loosing the trial and error that comes with nutrition and exercise. For me personally the test has changed my lifestyle, I new supplement in areas I was at risk of deficiency. So much information and so easy to understand. Would highly recommend to everyone both athletes or not.

Got a test done a few weeks ago and couldn't believe how in depth the results were. That being said they are set out in such a way it makes it easy to digest and understand the info. Great product, wish I had it 10 years ago.

After watching Eddie Hall endorse this company I decided to try it, the first test kit was lost in the post but Muhdo did send a new one out asap. I felt the results were accurate and have since bought a kit for my girlfriend and recommended to the rest of my friends and family.

I sent for my kit during COVID lock down and the delivery was very quick regardless. The kit is very easy to follow with simple directions on how to use the sample tube and app. I really like the fact the app is free with no additional cost other than the testing kit. Muhdo don’t take any personal details to register the kit, it is done with barcode scanning which is really quick and easy. Everything is very user friendly. Muhdo sends out notifications to update you on the status of your results which is good so you know that they have received your sample safely. When I finally received my results I was blown away by the sheer amount of information provided about my health and nutrition. Muhdo provide everything you need to know about your past to transform your future!! I now know that I need to control my sugar intake as I am at high risk of type 2 diabetes. I have also learnt a lot about my training and what sporting environment I can succeed in. It is great having all this information to dip into and as a pro bikini athlete these small changes can have a huge impact on progress, in particular supplement and dietary recommendations. I really want to do an epigenetic test now so that I can continue monitor my progress.

So much detail and tests I didn’t even know existed. Has really helped my everyday life and is beyond worth the value for money. Really really happy. Easy and simple

Received my results and I am blown away by the level of detail and insight it has given me on my internal health. I can now set about making adaptations to my diet and lifestyle based upon the Muhdo recommendations on the app and supported by the workout and meal plans!

As a GB Athlete I'm glad I tried Muhdo. Very informative results, for me performance is everything and learning what my body responds to and how it can improve on a genetic level is a big step up. I recommend this for everyone not just athletes, even if you want to improve your health.

Really clear and concise feedback given. It's a fascinating read into your profile and has really given me a good insight into areas of my health which are good and others i can tweak. Its a very sound investment in yourself and would happily do it all over again

Excellent value for money and will give you a lot of knowledge of your genitive profile and potential nutrient deficiencies. I would have given 5 star if they told you the exact genes that you have as then you could research them further for more understanding. That wouldn’t be for everyone, but I’m a nerd like that and this would have made this whole process much better. For example the only gene I was told I had was the COMT gene (warrior gene) this has an effect of reducing oestrogen and oxytocin. But they do give good breakdown and recommendations even if (for me) a little on the basic side. But I’m a fat vegan and know everything so don’t let that put you off lol. But I was told I have potential for folate and selenium deficiency so have upped my intake to meet that risk. Also I Liked the diet plans and training plan suggestions which for most would be ideal. All round bargain and would recommend to everyone

I'm more than pleased with my Muhdo experience. The results came back quicker than quoted, this was during one of the many rough COVID-19 periods, which is impressive. The app presents the results in an easy to read and follow way. So far the results have helped me fine tune my diet and supplement plan. I feel noticeably more energetic and performance in the garage gym has improved, I've also been seeing quicker than normal progress with my body and strength.

The app has also shed some light on some advantages my body could have with the right training. Which will be interesting to see as time goes on as they are not overnight changes.

Results have also given me some red flags for my health to look out for and advice on how to stop them from becoming issues.

Overall I couldn't be more impressed and happy. I was put onto Muhdo via Eddie Halls YouTube channel and also saved 50% in the process. Would recommend anyone try it, pretty much a body MOT. I will be looking at the Biological Age & Epigenetic Profile in the future.

Really easy to understand from beginning to end. The testing kit arrived, I recommend watching the YouTube video as it suggests and then send off your spit in the prepaid envelope. I was informed via email when they received my sample and then they told me when my results were ready. Down loading the app was also simple and you can navigate through a sample profile to see what the information will look like.
Once I received my results I was able to clearly see exactly why despite being a fitness instructor and eating healthy I have always been on the heavy side. I can see what I can do to enhance my diet and hopefully now shed those extra pounds that have always seemed to have stuck no matter what I did. I can also see what supplements I am entirely wasting my money on and which are beneficial which for me means that eventually this test will have paid for it's self.
It feels like a real investment, I feel I understand my bodies needs and potential much more.
I needed more advice on some of the diet points and exercise points due to my personal circumstances the meal plans didn't quite work for me and so I sent an email. The clinical lead sent back an email very quickly answering my questions so I feel confident with the changes I can now make to my own diet and fitness. If I remember I will come back in a few months and update my review to see if the changes I have implemented have got me the results I want.

Really easy to use, quick swab and post. The results were quick. The app is really easy to use. The results give detailed information I particularly love the fact it tells you what you should be eating to give your body what it's missing. A great way of finding a better healthier you!
