Order never ship out
Ordered a puig windscreen from them on 9th Apr, status remained as "preparation" on 12th May.
Dropped them a whatsapp message and informed they only receive their goods from supplier once a month. And no longer reply to me.
Does not reply to my email as well. I strongly believe I'm being cheated.

We're very sorry that you haven't received your order on time; production of your screen suffered production delays at Puig in Spain that were beyond our control. We receive goods weekly so I apologise if there was any misunderstanding regarding the expected arrival of your screen; I can see communication was sent to you on the April 16th.

surtout ne rien acheter a cette societé.j attendais pour reagir.l article envoyé a eté retourné sans meme l avoir tenu dans mes mains .ayant exercé mon droit de rétractation j apprends ques frais de retour et autres vont etre imputé a mon remboursement .l article est retourné de la france a l angleterre.il est depuis plusieurs jours dans leur entreprise et ne m ont toujours pas remboursé sous pretexte que le livreur ne leur a toujours pas indiqué le montant a retenir.vous écrivez a la societé et la ils vous repondent c est ecrit dans leur réglement .ils vous font attendre .conservent leur objet a 1155 eurls et votre argent .ils se croient au dessus des lois .ce sont des voleurs .a fuir absolument .

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que vous êtes insatisfait de votre expérience et comprenons que cette situation ait été frustrante.
Votre commande ayant été refusée à la livraison et retournée de la France vers le Royaume-Uni, nous avons dû attendre la confirmation d’UPS concernant les frais de retour appliqués à l’envoi. Ces frais sont déterminés par le transporteur et ne nous sont pas communiqués immédiatement à la réception du colis.
Dans des circonstances normales, lorsqu’un colis est refusé et retourné, les frais de retour facturés par le transporteur sont déduits du remboursement, car ils sont à notre charge. Cependant, à titre exceptionnel et en geste commercial, nous avons contacté UPS directement, et ils ont accepté de renoncer à ces frais de retour dans ce cas précis.
Sur cette base, nous avons demandé à notre service comptabilité de procéder au remboursement intégral de votre commande. Le montant sera recrédité sur votre moyen de paiement initial. Nous vous remercions de bien vouloir prévoir les délais bancaires habituels pour que les fonds apparaissent sur votre compte.
Nous nous excusons pour le délai et les désagréments occasionnés, et nous vous remercions pour votre patience pendant que nous avons résolu cette situation avec le transporteur.
