Sandals ordered were not the right size so returned and asked for exchange in larger size, sent about 6 emails to request an update over 3 weeks, and each time got poor response saying they were looking into it but never got a reply. This week they sent a partial refund for one pair with no clear explanation, followed by another email days later to say all order will be refunded as they don’t have them in stock anymore. Terrible service and now have to wait days for actual refund.

The shoes were great - but too narrow. I would have bought again from Moshulu but for the time they take to make a refund. I am still waiting after 10 days. The organisation is spoiling what could be a great business by poor administration. OR they are short of cashflow and use their customers' refunds to finance their working capital. I will not buy from them again.

"We are a small company" was the excuse for taking a long time to refund, from a rather poor customer services rep sticking to the script and speaking over me - no apology. I said why would I want to shop again with Moshulu if this is the case? Moshulu take two weeks to refund for returns once received or it can be sooner they say, so can take 18 days including the process of sending back by Royal Mail. First time and last time I shop with them. I sent back on 19th July with receipt. They acknowledged received back on 22nd July. I called once and emailed twice. Still no refund and it is now 31st.So they hold on to money. Very poor. Update still nothing and it is August 1st and I spoke to them two days ago and they said returns for the 22nd July were just being processed!). Terrible.

Sandals were fine but too big - returned. Then it takes nearly a month to get the refund. It takes 10 days for them to actually start the refund procedure

Excellent choice of bright, colourful shoes & great reductions in the sale. I bought Ivey sandals in the cobalt blue - beautiful colour & so comfortable! Definitely a brand new favourite - I love them 😍 Very quickly sent out & great tracking information. The option of free returns is also great for ordering a couple of sizes to get the right fit, these, however, we're absolutely true to size. Fabulous!

Not happy so far have waited ten days for a refund on slippers.Moshulu received slippers back on the on the 8th July 10 days ago. Other companies refund within 48 hours. Think they are hanging on to my money as long as possible.Really bad service will not be buying slippers from them again. Very difficult

offered a voucher for a replacement of poor quality and faulty wellies. did not get the postage refunded so in effect I paid out £4 and got nothing. I wanted a refund not your continued service, why would I?

Great service and these sandals are very comfortable and just what I was looking for.

Slippers exactly as described, lovely colour, very soft and comfortable, worth paying extra, would recommend and would buy again. Have had other Moshulu slippers that lasted a few years with alot of wear expect these will too. Good delivery service

Quick and efficient service, and a really lovely, comfortable pair of shoes. I stood in them all the day the first time I wore them, and they were perfect.

I bought my sandals last summer and this year I worn them about 3 times and they are starting to falling apart. I was excepting better quality for the money I have paid. They lasted for only one season! This is not acceptable!

Wonderful shoes! So comfy. I loved the yellow shoes and just had to buy this second pair in green.

I’ve bought Moshulu trainers from Debenhams. The size wasn’t right for me, so returned trainers with their provided tracked 48 hours returns label with Royal Mail. The parcel has been stuck in Exeter mail sorting centre since 11th April. Contacted Moshulu - no response received. Not sure what to do next. Most likely will have to ask Barclays to intervene.

Beautiful navy leather boots, good fit, lovely colour. Very comfortable.

It was easy to order my boots online. They came quicker than I had expected and the colour green was exactly as pictured. The fur lining makes them very cosy- useful for the changeable weather.

Customer Service appalling. I need to return 4 items which I think is over 5kg. Have sent 2 emails and phoned without success. First and last time I will be using this company.
