Unfortunately I am thoroughly disappointed in this company’s product and customer service as I’ve had a really bad experience with them. The soles of one of the many pairs of sandals I have bought from Moshulu completely disintegrated beyond any kind of repair. These have been worn very little and the uppers are pristine and show little signs of wear but the reply to my complaint said that because they haven’t been worn regularly then this can happen to the soles! Unbelievable! And where is the warning in their advertising that this can happen if you look after your sandals and don’t wear them often? And to add insult, I was offered £10 off my next purchase, which I certainly won’t be using as I certainly don’t intend to buy anything else from this awful company and would recommend that you avoid it too.

Wherever l have encountered a Moshulu shop,l have met with polite and helpful staff.Nothing is too much trouble.Their displays are always a pleasure to peruse.Their colourful footwear brings sunshine into our often darkened world.

I used to Highly rate Moshulu, but unfortunately the quality has dropped immensely, they seem to be using inferior materials and made cheaply. My recent products from Moshulu were very disappointing, I firstly had a handbag which completely broke within a year. And now a pair of sandals which had been given to me as a gift, only worn a few times and one of the straps came off, realising it had just been glued in underneath the inner sole with no stitching, the glue had disintegrated and completely fell apart. I would now avoid, a shame.

In the past 2 months I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes as the quality and fit perfect - I only wear leather shoes. Their service amazing and very well priced -will definitely purchase from Moshulu again

Polperro sandals! Beware.
I have two pairs of these sandals I love them! HOWEVER, now I have warn them down, and they need repair, my local shoe repair shop has told me they're not made to be repaired, he could try, but the cost would be £75. As much as I love these items, I will not be paying more to fix them than I did to buy them, I think this is very clever of this company to get you coming back for more, i am disappointed, as I have many shoes and sandals from moshulu. But I wont purchase any further items, as I have now lost trust in the quality of the products.
There are too many products like this that are otherwise perfectly usable, but for the cynical money grabbing cooperations

Paid what is now an annual pilgrimage to the Moshulu Dartmouth store - to purchase a holiday treat (usually a pair of new sandals, or a bag).
The staff are so friendly and helpful, I really look forward to popping in when we're holidaying in Dartmouth.
I've also started making purchases on line after the Dartmouth store added me to the Moshulu mailing list.

Low quality slippers at a very high price. Bought a pair of men's Dishley slippers price including delivery £73.95p. The marketing states 'Fluffy sheepskin wool linings for extra cosy feet'. That would have been fine if the top of the slipper had full lining - it was cut incorrectly and as a result across the top the lining was slanted, resulting in significantly less to no lining at one point on both slippers. Returned for refund (Moshulu took some time to action this). Subsequently bought some Skechers slippers - much better quality and £20 cheaper!

I have been thinking about getting a pair of Birkenstocks for a long time but the price put me off. I came across Moshulu and thought I would give them a go and, wow 🤩 they are fab! Better than half the price of Birks and fantastic quality. The price is brilliant and they look amazing on. They are comfy and stylish - love them

I visited Market Harbour branch today on the advice from a shopper at Rushden lakes. I bought two pairs of sandals and was bowled over from the amazing service of Charlotte and Lesley. I tried on lots of different pairs and nothing was too much trouble. This sort of customer service is quite rare these days. I am really pleased with purchase and these ladies deserve praise for their patience and hard work in finding me some new sandals. I had not heard of your company before but glad I have found you. The shoes are so comfortable I’m a happy bunny 🐰

This company is fantastic! I have many of their sandals which are all so pretty and, more importantly, so comfy and well made.
I recently had an issue and the customer service was brilliant. I had replacement sandals issued and arrived the next day. How amazing is that! I would especially like to thank Charley who was so lovely and helpful. I really recommend Moshulu. Thank you.

Terrible fastenings
What on earth induced Moshulu to try to reinvent the tried and trusted buckle fasteners. I ordered a pair of Mary Jane shoes but was not prepared for the strange method of doing them up.
The buckle is not attached to the shoe and you have to try and wangle a metal device over the strap every time.
I damaged my foot by having to twist it and finished up in severe pain. I could not walk and had to crawl. Twelve hours later I can only hobble. The strap is also being damaged as the metal device gets stuck in the strap holes
.These fasteners should be banned. What is wrong with Velcro?

I purchased a pair of boots and when they arrived they were so lovely I ordered another pair in a different colour......I was also lucky enough to get both pairs in the spring sale.

Very indulgent I know but they were made of such good quality leather, beautiful colours and a perfect fit - whats not to love!!

Good products

The slippers I ordered weren’t suitable so I returned and asked for a replacement. Today received an email giving me a refund and explaining they couldn’t complete the exchange due to the popularity of the exchange product. Having checked that they are still available I phoned and was told there is no way they can ask me to pay the difference, a few pounds so best to give me a refund. Doubt I will shop from Moshulu again

Had an issue with a pair of short wellies and customer services couldn’t have been more helpful. A full 5 stars for this!!

I had never heard of Moshulu until a friend sent me a discount offer for my first purchase. It had a great range of footwear. I ordered a pair of nubuck boots. It arrived after only 2 days, perfectly packed in a beautiful box ( I know thats only cosmetic but was still impressive!) The boots were top class. It was a sale but I still got an amazing bargain. I dont normally write reviews, let alone rave reviews but these were the most comfortable boots I have ever had. I walked all around town and didn't want to take them offwhen I got home! I have dropped arches and arthritis in both feet so to me, this was pure heaven! Thank you Moshulu!

I find what I need each time I visit Moshulu at Sherborne, Dorset. It's a tiny store but their displays are clever and they produce fabulous shoes and boots from the back of the shop as if by magic. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prompt deliveries and communications if they have needed to order for me.

Ringwood Shop served by Carol, she was very helpful and ordered the boots I had chosen in my size.
She was very helpful, very friendly and welcoming.
I love these products, well made, good fittings.
