I'm a big fan of Moshulu boots and shoes. I'd hoped that spending so much more on a pair of slippers meant they would last longer than my usual slippers that cost less than half the price. Simple answer is no. One slipper is in ok condition, the other has a hole forming in the toe and the side stitching is coming apart after less than 4 months wear. Disappointing.

Absolutely gorgeous boots, easy ordering on their website, fast delivery, friendly contact and nice little touches in their packaging and products. I'm super happy.

Excellent quality handbag
On Wednesday 26 Nov 2025 I ordered a belowda zinfandel handbag. It arrived today. I love the quality of the leather, the design, size and colour. It's a dark red.

The package included a paid return label so there's no charge for returns, not that I'll be returning it.

I went into the shop at Trentham on 16th Nov 25 and was served by Hannan, the shop was busy but she was very calm brought me a lot of shoes/boots to try which is what I wanted and at the same time helped other customers.
I never felt as if I was kept waiting and she helped me selected the best boots for me.
Well done Hannah ! I always find the staff either on the helpline or at Trentham really helpful and patient.

I went into your Ringwood Branch, the ladies their went over and beyond, I explained to them that my daughter was getting marred and that I really had swollen feet, and that my mother of the bride shoes wouldn't, I need a pink pair of slippers, they ordered in 3 pairs of slipper and also ordered in a pink pair of shoes, The pink shoes and one of the slippers were the exact colour of my dress and Hat,
What service I bought them both,

Well-made, comfortable footwear.

I have worn their black brogues for work for nearly two years now. Same pair. So incredibly comfortable - definitely the most comfortable brogues I’ve ever worn. In my top 5 most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Received many compliments on them even though they’re obviously a classic design, which was a nice surprise!

The detailing is incredible. I love the accent stitching and the quality of the fabric, and all the other materials used in the shoe (idk I’m not a shoe maker but it’s all 10/10).

I would buy again, and advise all my friends to buy. Well worth the price. Thank you!

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals. All came back a little big so I wanted 2 of them in a smaller size. I returned and asked for 2 to be exchanged but noticed a possible 2 week wait. I emailed customer services explaining I needed them sooner for a holiday. Within 24 hours I had first a lovely email back saying she'd look into it then another saying all sorted and they were on their way. AMAZING customer service and they did arrive within a couple of days.
Very unusual and felt the customer service person, Vicky went out of her way to help quickly.

The 2 shop assistants at Moshulu in Sidmouth today we're so incredibly helpful and I received the best customer service for a very long time in any retail environment. Thankyou Charlie and Nikki.

Comfy footbed sandals. Exceptional customer service.

Absolutely superb! My parcel arrived the next day via Royal Mail. The suede mules are lovely, great colour & comfortable & beautifully packaged.

Awful sizing. Moshulu sizing is inconsistent even when you’re buying the same style in a different colour. I have just bought a 2nd pair of loafers in black and compared them to my indigo pair. Both supposed to be a 5.5 but the shoe length differs by about 2cms. I have given them feedback before about sizing but nothing improves. Such a shame but I probably will not be a returning customer.

First class customer service. Sandals required had sold out and lovely staff at local Moshulu shop unable to order for me. On-line search also indicated style in size required no longer available. A week later was very surprised to receive phone call from Honiton Customer Care informing me that a pair of sandals in my size had been returned to their depot and was I still interested. They were immediately posted to me and delivered by Royal Mail on a Sunday within 48 hours of the telephone conversation! Thank you Moshulu.

Just the BEST customer service and fabulous shoes too! Had to return a couple of things as they weren’t to my liking and both the exchanges and refunds were really simple and straightforward. You can talk to a human over the phone and they could not be nicer. Bent over backwards to help me.

Given a pair of slippers as a gift that wore through the heel within a month. Returned them, a process started 25/6, today 8/8 still no refund - just leaves a taste of mistrust when compared to another well known retailer return started 7/8, refund received 8/8 - others need to shape up. Certainly lost this household as a customer.

Amazing customer service when I called re a missing delivery. I found the delivery in the end but Moshulu went above and beyond to help me.

Bought twice from this company. First time found the shoes too narrow. Second time they sent me the wrong size! Won't be ordering again.

I bought sandals for the first time and had both of my heels made raw and red and extremely painful from a short visit in our nearest town. Moshulu customer services gave no apology and said they hadn’t had complaints relating to the style!

Arrived in timely manner, very well packaged sandals. Bought these white flatbed sandals as an alternative to lead brand as so much cheaper and tbh I preferred the style of Moshulu! I wore them for the first time and got a small blister on my toe but I guess they take a bit of time to wear in. Good quality sandals and white goes with everything! Can't wait to wear them on holiday in Italy :)

As a previous Moshulu customer I wanted a new pair of Moshulu shoes to replace a pair I had worn out.

We did a 15 mile diversion to go especially to the Moshulu shop in Petersfrield only to be told, rather abruptly by the salesperson, that the stores don’t do Men’s shoes and my only option was to order on line.

No mention of this on the website and a wasted journey. Looks like the new pair will be Birkenstocks as I’m not up for the Moshulu Men’s shoes , ordering, waiting, trying, don’t fit, repack then send back roundabout.
