We came to view the show homes at Rivington park in Horwich without an appointment, but Hannah was so lovely and accommodating, we then booked an appointment for the next day, Hannah explained all the details about the development and showed us around all the lovely homes available. We came with our two young children, it was chaotic but Hannah was extra patient and took her time with us, she was so pleasant. Morris homes are of high standard even to the finishing touches, love the development.

They won't repair anything when you have newly moved in and ask you to contact the manufacturer. They have the guts to tell me to eat heated food and give my kids that, is that even healthy? So inconsiderate, unproffesional. It is your contractors who didn't fit the cooker properly so why should we suffer and make effort when it is supposed to be you who have done due dilligence?

We recently met Rob from Shelbourne Homes & Lynne from Morris at their grange & St Michael's site. We aren't yet reserved as just viewing, but really appreciated their transparency and honesty in handling our questions. It was great to see what stock was available and hear all that Shelbourne had to offer. We hope we can find the right home with Morris.

Today we reserved a property at the Greenmount Manor development in Bury, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Julie and Claire have been friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire reservation process.

They both went out of their way to ensure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and offered helpful guidance when it came to selecting the right extras and options for our home. Claire also worked closely with us to negotiate an offer that we felt comfortable with and helped us secure our chosen property.

The whole process has felt relaxed and unrushed, and the team have been extremely accommodating at every stage.

We are now looking forward to completing in the next few weeks and moving into our new home.

We recently put a reservation in a house after weeks of deliberation in Northampton. The one thing that made all the difference was the assistance of Michaela. She was ever so patient with us no matter how many times we returned to ask more questions. She answered all the questions fully and got the other answers that she didn’t have in a timely manner. When she said she would let us m ow, she always did. Michaela was so lovely even standing in the house with us and giving us design ideas and really listening to what we wanted in our home and worked with us to make that a reality. One Saturday I think she spent nearly the whole day with us going through papers, pulling out blue prints to answer yet more questions, and going back to into the house to help us visualize the space. She never ever made us feel like we were being too much or that the next question wasn’t welcomed. Michaela was never impatient or hurried us. Just an incredibly friendly vibe and a lovely “here to help you” attitude. She genuinely cares about the customer and wants them to be happy which is a rare find in this business. And in the end we made the reservation for the home because of the expertise and help she provided. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think we would have got there. Michaela really went above and beyond and we are seriously grateful for her help. We are looking forward to moving in. Thank you so much! It was an absolute pleasure to write this review!

Lovely home and the sales rep was very helpful to learn more about the properties.

We walked in without an appointment to try and see if they had capacity to see us. Jess was soooo accommodating.. We are first time buyers and had lots of questions. We left feeling a bit more informed than when we went in.. Thank you sooo much Jess, will definitely be getting in touch..

Hannah at Rivington Grange Horwich , very helpful, professional and knowledgable. She was rushed off her feet but made a real effort to talk to us and understand our situation. The best ‘customer service’ we have had for a long time.

Very impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the sales advisor at The Meadows, who made time for a thorough tour of the show home and time to ask about the buying process back at the sales office on site. The quality of the building work and interior finish looks stunning also.

Anybody buying homes on new estate's, look a bit further in the future. Getting anything done is a nightmare, the drains on our estate have now been blocked for over a year, despite calls emails etc nothing has been done. I have even supplied video evidence of the torrents of water streaming past my house, still nothing. Took twelve months for a broken paving stone in the middle of the road to be repaired. The estate maintenance is out sourced, then sub contracted again, price goes up every six months and the visits get fewer. It really is disgusting. Would have been better off buying a tent.

We had a fantastic experience with Hannah Pendergast the Sales Advisor at Morris Homes. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble — she took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt completely informed at every stage.

Hannah advised us thoroughly throughout the process and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping us make the right decisions.

We absolutely love our new home. The upgrades we chose have made it feel so special, and the standard of finish throughout is excellent. The quality really shows, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Its been great pleasure to Meet Jess at Station Grand build. She will give you a full fledged information about the building and amenities. Station Grange is a wonderful place to live. Good homes are awaiting to the people to start their new life. Loved to get one in that location.

My friend was looking to buy a property as he was moving from Norfolk. We drove him round and took him to estate agents who all bar one showed little to no interest. We then recommended trying new builds!
Our 1st stop was the development at Hugglescote Grange. We met Jack for the 1st time and were welcomed in and shown around he answered all questions and we all went away very impressed. We tried 4 or 5 other new builds around the area but it kept on going back to Morris Homes.
After another 3 or 4 visits my friend had decided he had found his dream home. This had a lot to do with the professional and personal touch that Jack gave to all of us. My friend is now purchasing at Morris home!
A big part of this decision was because of Jack.

We've not bought a home from this company yet but we were very happy and impressed with the service we received from Rob, following our enquiry about The Orchards in Fullbourn. Rob's email communication was first class; polite and informative. Upon our visit to the site, he was most helpful in answering all our questions, and he fully explained the various options. Cannot recommend Chris at Arkall Farm highly enough.
From the start he has been brilliant to deal with. Friendly, efficient and very responsive.

He’s also clearly explained things every step of the way and just generally a nice guy.

He’s an asset to the business!
