My partner and I are looking to buy our first home together. We visited both Morris homes and the Shelbourne estate, Hursbury Grange. We spoke to Rob at the Shelbourne estate and genuinely had a really great experience. Rob was knowledgeable, professional and patient with all our questions. We viewed a few homes which we loved and Rob was able to help us so much with starting our decision towards what our first home may look like. We look forward to our journey of purchasing a home, which has been highly influenced by Rob today.

Wendie the sales advisor was really attentive and friendly. She showed us the 4 bedroom show home ‘The Winster’ and it was such a lovely house. She is really knowledgable, personal and helpful throughout the whole viewing. My partner and I had a truly positive experience!

Visited new housing development
on Station grange today. Met with sales advisor Jess about properties for sale sizes, colours, appliances,time frames,etc.
Was polite, helpful, and knowledge.

We recently began the process of buying our new home at Station Grange in Coventry, and from day one, Jess has been absolutely amazing. She has been patient, diligent, and made us feel completely at ease—almost like part of the family.
Jess was always happy to answer my hundreds of questions and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her knowledge is incredible—she truly is like an encyclopaedia when it comes to the whole estate.
We can’t wait to move into our dream home, and a huge part of that excitement is thanks to Jess.
Morris are very lucky to have such a talented and dedicated individual on their team.

I called into Station Grange on the off chance to ask for some information on some properties.I had not made an appointment but i was met by Jess .
Jess was welcoming,patient and has great knowledge of the houses ,site and surrounding areas
I left having a positive experience helped by Jess .

My dad and I popped in to the Station Grange site today and spoke to Jess. Jess was incredibly helpful and made us feel so very welcome. Excellent information about the site and so lovely to hear how the historical buildings and beautiful trees are being preserved. Lovely show homes as well!! Thank you Jess

Trish was very professional, honest and polite. She explained everything we needed to know and was very helpful.

Busy development at Tamworth, Sales guy Chris was very accommodating even though the office was super busy, wish we could afford.

When we purchased our new home in Bartle Meadows, we were introduced to the development by the sale agent Paula.

It was due to Paula's excellent customer service and communications skills, and the various hoops she and Samantha, the area manager had gone through to ensure we got the plot we wanted, that we are here today.

We recently visited Rivington Park in Horwich. Hannah listened to our requirements and suggested options for us to consider. She was very helpful and showed us round two houses. By the time we left we were seriously considering buying one of the available properties

Exceptional service today from Linda at Hampton Water. Despite us not in a position to proceed (yet!) she gave us as much time as we needed, going through options on properties, sales and future plots. The houses were exceptional, the finishing top notch and (fingers crossed) our next home will be a Morris home!!

Rob was super helpful when we went into the show home today. Super knowledgable and very friendly. Gave us all the info we need.

From start to finish what a fantastic experience. Jo and Paula in sales were amazing at helping us choose our home!Great options to add more character to your home. The builders and all involved in making our house a home were phenomenal. Never have i seen such a fantastic new build.

We are previous owners of another development new build so we knew what to expect. No real faults “snags” with the property that wasn't an easy quick fix with kind and efficient staff. All site staff friendly and work hard . A big thankyou especially to Matt Roper. He had fantastic attention to detail and clearly takes a lot of pride in the work done at morris homes.
Matt, Jo, Paula and all staff so polite and helpful.
I would recommend to everyone if you’re looking for a new build developer, morris Homes has the best and a lot to offer!

I’ve been working alongside Jess for quite some time now as a mortgage broker, and after spending many Saturdays at Station Grange, I can honestly say she’s incredible at what she does.

The homes themselves are fantastic- the quality of the build and the level of specification really stand out, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the finish and overall design.

Jess is always so welcoming to clients, nothing is ever too much trouble, and she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for them. You can see how comfortable she makes people feel from the moment they walk in.

On a professional level, she’s brilliant to work with. She is proactive, efficient and always on it. We’ve built such a great relationship, which makes supporting our clients so much easier.
