Visited Houghton Grange. Kim and Ruth were outstanding. Wonderful houses and amazing customer service

The customer service by Hannah (at the Rivington Park sales office) was top-notch. We were guided properly on the options of houses available and need to carefully make a choice.

Also, the briefing session before reservation was splendid as it took us through entire site plan and housing design amongst other important details.

Wow! I went in to ask a load of a questions and 'Jules' could not have been more helpful. The time she gave me was amazing, and she certainly knows her stuff. Thank you Jules - I learnt so much!

Visited station grange in Coventry the other week. Jess gave us a friendly welcome and explained the purchasing options clearly. Really liked the quality of the finishes in the show homes.

I went down to the shelbourne estates today to view the properties and they were stunning and lynne made the experience even better she was so knowledgeable an friendly.

Wonderful experience at Alconbury Weald! We visited last Friday and were so impressed by the two ladies attending to us. They were incredibly knowledgeable and caring—it was a pleasure to feel heard and not at all pressured. They clearly prioritized helping us find the right home over just 'making a sale.' On top of the great service, the homes are extremely well-designed. Highly recommend!

Shelbourne Estates, Houghton, St.Ives, Cambs I called into sales office today to discuss a few issues. The lady there was superb; she answered my questions in a delightful way. One issue, about when the nice footpath they have built, will have the fence removed so we can use the path, she was unable to answer but she immediately sent an email to the site office to enquire. Good service!

Please stop giving 5 Star reviews based upon one visit and the Sales Staff - all pre-purchase. These reviews give a biased view of the company. Read the 1 Star reviews; these reflect reality. They show exactly what you purchase, not the dream world of sales staff trained to deceive you. The show homes are exactly that, "show homes"; they do not represent what is provided.

I recently visited the St Mary’s Park development near Preston and it’s was such a pleasurable experience. Both Vic and Carol are extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained everything very well.
I enjoyed my visit and will certainly be returning along with recommending to friends and family.

The reason our experience was great was the lovely lady Anne at your wintringham site. She kindly showed us around the Chichester home and was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and future development. Thanks Anne it was a pleasure meeting you today. Rick & Sue Reed

Hannah was so lovely and helpful, answered all our questions & gave us so much information! We would definitely recommend talking to her if you’re considering Morris Homes

It’s a shame it’s come to a 1 star review but unfortunately it seems our home was rushed despite being sold the quality and perfection dream. Swollen creaky floor boards upstairs, bad paint and plaster finishes, crooked fittings, scratched fittings and so far repairing them under their snagging system has been a joke. All have been repaired to a terrible finish and bodged in the cheapest way possible. We are now taking it to the next step of pursuing them legally and are going to instruct our own contractors to carry out the work and recoup costs! All the things you don’t expect on a new home costing well in excess of £400,000. There’s a lot more to add I’m just that furious and wanted to get at least something up so far to voice our opinion on Morris homes and their shoddy quality.

We have dealt with the wonderful Hannah this weekend at the Rivington Park site. The work she has done and effort she has put in was absolutely fantastic and it resulted in us buying a house this afternoon. She has bent over backwards to help and advise us about the different houses and could not have done more. I was nervous about buying a new build but because of her I now have confidence its going to be great

No Customer support…No proper communication between marketing team, site team and Customer support.

Worst customer service team…Site team did inspection after snagging and confirmed that they will paint garage roof as the batch was faulty and manufacturer confirmed it. They never shared any inspection report or email. Now front part of garage roof painted and site team mentioned that they will book back roof paint later however now Customer support team now saying there is no fault in the back roof tiles. I am wondering how Morris team decide that which tiles from manufacturing batch are good and bad. If batch is faulty means all tiles are faulty.

Just they provide nonsense reply so as to avoid fixing issues.

I would suggest don’t go for Morris Homes & if you already booked anything then I would suggest keep each and every discussion in email. Don’t trust on what they say..Keep everything in writing…All the best !!!

Morris Homes built the 1 bed apartment I live in at Kirkham on Princes Meadows.
It’s lovely. Really well built and finished to a high standard. Any little snags I had initially have been resolved quickly. All the office team and tradesmen have been so helpful and kind to me. I would definitely recommend buying a Morris Home.

Tracy at Arden park has been fantastic throughout the buying experience even when I decided to switch plots she made everything simple and easy. After visiting many different developments and countless visits the customer service at Shelbourne Estates has been by far the best of any builder. A big credit to the company I haven’t been easy to deal with and asked so many questions but always takes the time to answer everything.

Since walking into the office at the hunsbury-grange site, shelbourne side of the development, Lynn, Jess and Pauline have been amazing, very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. We have developed a really good relationship with all 3 ladies to the point of calling them friends. The area sales manager Michaela has also been very supportive. A fantastic team.

I had a pleasure to deal with a lovely woman called Hannah In horwich, she was very helpful and attentive to explain my questions in regards the propriety. I highly recommended.

Do not buy a new house from Morris Homes!!! we have been waiting 7+ years for our roads to be built and we still do not have drains that work or tarmac outside of our house that is more than 7 years old. they say they're doing something but no progress.
