Ordered new and received a dirty used one.
I ordered a new brake caliper and received a used, dirty caliper. Obviously someone's core return. They don't verify what they are shipping. The return/refund process is a 5 week plus long nightmare and still ongoing. No refund yet. I will never order from these folks ever again. It's just not worth the few $$$ saved.

Terrible Return Policy
"I ordered a part that the color did not match properly. I sent them pictures of the part, part numbers, and packaging. They denied my request even though I followed their policy because a clear wrap was not included for the part. I have never come across such terrible service when it wasn't even my fault. I put in my vehicle info and everything was correct. Very unsatisified."

We ordered a part with our vin #, wrong part sent, and company refused to refund or resend a suitable part.
We ordered a part with our vin #, order #CC49517643, the port that the censor would screw in, was not threaded. Unable to use. Try to get a refund or replacement, and because we did not notice this until after the five day period, your company refused to refund or send a suitable replacement. So we lost $170 over with this. Will never order from Mopar again and will let our car friends know about the part issue with this company. Bad business!

Core return
No problems getting the correct part. Issue incurred in trying to get my core refund. The instructions clearly stated to send the core back in the original box in which the new part came in. What happens when the box is mutilated in transport and shipping a mutilated box back doesn't make sense? I live in Hawaii so receiving damaged boxes can be normal. I sent the core back in a different box but explained my situation to customer service that I still have the original box and could take pictures if necessary. No response after telling me they would explain my situation to management. The end result is they have the core, my $75 deposit and I still have the original box. Rules are rules but there they need to realize boxes can get damaged in transport and should try to accommodate...especially when they recieved the core and we pay the shipping.

We ordered a part that according to VIN # and Their application charts was correct. It arrived and it wont fit. Contacted for RMA and to return. They said it cant be returned because its an electrical part. We said, yes, but you provided the wrong part that doesnt fit, it should be returnable because your system made the mistake. They said no. Its a $250 part.
