Non stop wrong prescriptions and poor information.
Staff got my prescription wrong 2 months in a row. They made me order half the amount over it last month and this month they chose to say the same because they dont know what they are doing. I have already evened out my script and was being told to order half two months in a row. I was supposed to get a call back today and have been left to it for the weekend. Great work. Highly appreciated.

Good and takes the worry of being in trouble smoking when you literally use little but it helps your pain however I will be switching to a vaporiser

I paid £21.99 on amazon
I signed up through alternaLeaf I had to wait absolutely weeeks and weeks for setting me up however I think it’s because of my complex history
Waiting for my first lot of medication to arrive tomorrow will update my review at a later date

Everything is bang on apart from when choosing your medication it just says stevia or indica it would be a lot easier and more convenient if it would also say the effects like it does on some websites like royalqueenseeds as you buy to the effects. Hope this changes something

Montu are a great pharmacy for UK medical grade cannabis. Information on delivery times etc is very clearly stated on their website and is even updated weekly with a message on their homepage if there are any changes to these delivery times.
Cannot fault Montu one bit. Ordered my prescription at 6pm Friday, well after the cut off time for next day delivery so I am patiently waiting now for my prescription to be delivered on Tuesday.
Thanks Montu for being great.

Terrible at resolving issues, their own SLA on turn around times constantly missed. Really not the level of attentiveness or urgency required as health care providers. If you want reliability, avoid Montu.
Is it part of your business model to cause your customers as much stress as possible, in the hope they order extra medication? In my experience so far this is an absolutely terrible service, I have been misinformed on numerous occasions and can NEVER get a clear answer to anything. I do not feel like this company cares about my health AT ALL. One month my request goes in on a Monday and Meds arrive by Saturday, next month request goes in on a Sunday evening and they can’t turn it round until the following Tuesday, always claiming they’re “trying to find the prescription from Royal Mail because the post comes any time between 10am and 6pm”. Strange because I’m sure Royal Mail offer a guaranteed by 1pm service (that’s how the medication is sent to your customers). In future I suggest you use a better courier service so you can avoid all of these 1* reviews about ridiculous waiting times. This is a private pharmacy which costs a lot of money and you’re not even as quick as my local NHS pharmacy! If it happens again I’ll just go elsewhere - if you’re reading this and haven’t signed up yet, don’t.
Montu - please do better, you’re supposed to help people.
Update: Changed from 1* to 3* after a call with them, they have assured me they are taking big steps to reduce waiting times etc. Most recent request arrived with pharmacy and was approved and ready for payment on the same day which is a very positive sign.
They’ve also now added the option to pay on a Saturday for a Sunday delivery, which should make a big difference to patients having to ‘wait until Tuesday’.
So far the signs seem positive so I’m remaining hopeful that it leads to long-standing improvements in their standards of care for their customers.

Misleading, Unknowledgeable, Overpriced, No Stock, No Urgency, No Accountability, Stigmatism, Manipulative Pharmacists push Overpriced Meds, Can't fulfill Prescription, Can't Handle Prescriptions, Unresolved Multiple Complaints over 6 Months, Threaten Discharge after 6 months of neglect in care but use profanity as a response after 6 months 🤣🤣 don't bother joining these

Great Pharmacy
I’m leaving this review for Montu today because I’ve seen a lot of negative comments about delayed orders. This is actually my third order from the pharmacy this month, and everything has always arrived on time until yesterday.
I called and spoke with a lovely chap who explained that the delay was down to Royal Mail, not Montu. To be fair, they dispatched the parcel promptly, but Royal Mail didn’t deliver it on time. He also refunded me the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill.
I’ve just checked the tracking today and the parcel is now out for delivery. Thank you, Montu, for your help and the consistently quick turnaround on my orders.
Please keep striving for good customer service as it’s much appreciated, thank you

The service is SO SLOW
The service is SO SLOW! It takes like a week from the point of requesting a repeat prescription to the point of even being able to order, let alone being able to receive anything.
They dont deliver on weekends and so if you dont get it by Thursday you will have to wait till Tuesday AT LEAST, to get or anything.
Disappointing considering the shipping costs

Very dishonest phone operators. I had to call many times and kept being put on hold (or told there is no operator available) just trying to get on the phone with a representative. I was guaranteed by multiple operators, over the past 4 days, that they would have my prescription filled and my invoice send by 3:30 on the monday (so I could receive it the next day before i leave the country for a week).
I was told if I don't have an invoice by 3:15 to call back. So I called at 3pm, spend 10 minutes on hold, before speaking to an Operator, Emily, who told me that every other person I had spoken to so far had given me misinformation and that they would not be filling my script today. I asked why she couldn't ask them to do it now since they are open until 5pm, and it wasn't even 3:30 yet. She just kept saying that she would not do that and repeated many times that her colleagues had "misled" or had given "misinformation ".
So now I will have to be without my medication for a week.
Very dishonest and bad business practice, especially for a Pharmacy that people rely on for their medication.

I have had some difficulty in the past…
I have had some difficulty in the past with the clinic/pharmacy due to increased demand and patients. Despite this though I know the team are working hard to correct issues. Today I spoke to Tom from the Montu Help desk with a few queries and issues. Tom was incredibly patient and professional. He explained to me how the process works between requesting my repeat and dispensing my medication. Tom was able to offer me a great resolution to my issue. I think that Tom should be the example employee you have working at montu. Fair, prompt and diligent were qualities that Tom presented on the call without annoyance or arrogance at my situation. I can now wait for the pharmacy to send me my payment link without worry. Note this five star review is based on my interaction with Tom. This review can be subject to change, if service levels drop below expectations.

Been with them for 6 months now and…
Been with them for 6 months now and cannot fault them. Had a few issues with appointments not being in time for meds running out. So went a few days without.
Im here now as I ran out and made an order at 3.34 and they still could not send it out! I placed the order and then rang through and spoke to a lady within 2 mins and still not been sent out! So now I have to use the Black Market just so im Not with out medication tonight! How this happens i don’t know. 4 mins late and have to wait 48 hours for delivery. Not good! Flower is good and prices are good but the system needs to be better!
Update: maybe they can state a 3pm cut off to patients online but keep the 3.30pm cut off in house so it gives a chance for people to be a few mins late if needed. Especially 4 mins.
