Magnificent product and equally magnificent service!!! How often do you get an actual call from a company to check everything is ok? 10/10

Very straightforward to set up and loving the product. Screens are crisp and high-res. Remember to install the drivers if you're using a Mac to enable high DPI; otherwise, the monitors will be a bit blurry.

Especially impressed with the customer service. I had forgotten to apply a coupon when I ordered, and they refunded me the difference after when I asked. They even shipped me a extra cable, completely free of charge.

Looking forward to future iterations of the product!

J'ai commandé leur produit phare sur leur site internet, vu qu'il n'apparaissait pas sur Amazon. Ils affichent un prix aux alentours de 770 USD($).

Ils vous SURFACTURERONT ! Les frais de douane ne sont pas inclus dans le prix ! Ils s'élèvent à environ 170 EUR.

Je n'ai même pas reçu le produit, et ils m'ont quand même facturé les frais de douane et ne m'ont pas remboursé l'intégralité des frais.

Ce sont des menteurs et des voleurs, ne passez surtout pas par leur site si vous êtes en Europe. Il n'affichent même pas les frais au moment de la commande.

À éviter à tout prix.

Im very upset with my purchase, one of the screens isnt working and its the second time i open it.

you sent the item even after I requested the cancellation ( 1-2 hours after I placed the order) and before the items was shipped. They made whatever is on their hands to make you accept and get the item even after you requested the cancelation.

the cable didn’t work

Great product (really good quality build) - our do all the ones I have tested, it is the best one on the market for me so far.
Had a support question and customer support answered within 3 hours which, to me, is a huge plus for a brand like this!
Would definitely recommend.

Monduo setup is an absolute must! It’s easy to setup, quality made and the support is super responsive. This is the second unit I’ve ordered because my first one made its way to my fellow developers desk. He won’t give it back! 😂 If you love multiple monitor setups, stop researching and order now! You’ll love it.

Did an impulsive purchase, but man let me tell you it was probably the best decision I've made to pair it with both my Macbook M2 Pro and Razer Blade 16. Such an easy setup with the cables, and doing cable managements is extremely easy. The quality outshine pretty much Xebec models as well as Ofiyaa's ( which I've experience both in the past ) 100% recommend for any type of users.

got it yesterday, was working great, today plugged in left monitor turned on and off.
i think a cable fault since it is working with the other cable.
why the hell would you send different size cables?
one is short and think (which i think is why it is faulty) and other is long and flexible.

Edit: they sent me new cables
They even glued an additional one, so I’ll have the same length of cables. Amazing customer support. Thank you.

Picked up the 16" screens for my husband's MacBook Pro back in September. He works from home a few days of week and says these screens have been a game changer! He has all his different email accounts, work briefings/documents, instant messaging platforms, and web pages pulled up simultaneously. The stand in the back works great - no "wobble". Screens were super easy to install and take on/off as needed. We had an issue with one of the cables and Monduo shipped new ones quickly. My husband is extremely happy with this product.

These monitors are awesome. Worked perfectly with my laptop immediately. Took maybe 1 min to get set up and connected . Overall packaging and presentation of the product is first rate.
Resolution and refresh match my Lenovo 7i Pro so it feels like a wide screen monitor all together.
Most importantly these travel well .
Very happy so far .

The efficiency of ordering the timeliness of the delivery were excellent and the quality of the product is outstanding. I give the purchase process and product 5 Stars.

Customer service has yet to get back to me after they sent the wrong item.
