**MONDUO are scammers!**

If you didn't receive your order by the promised delivery date, you should request a chargeback from your bank. You typically have up to 120 days with Visa or Mastercard, but I recommend doing it as soon as possible, immediately after the expected delivery date has passed.

I ordered an item, but after June 1, the seller stopped responding. I checked the Trustpilot reviews and noticed that many customers reported similar issues. In my opinion, the company appears to have started taking customers' money without fulfilling orders around February 2026. Since June, they have also stopped responding to messages.

I asked them to process a refund, but they ignored, so I requested chargeback in my bank, it is processing. Don't leave your money to them!

Very sad.

Scammers. Took my money and didn’t deliver monitors. 7 months passed.

I ordered on May 2nd and still haven't received anything.

I placed an order with Monduo on April 7th and paid in full upfront. Since then, I've reached out 7 times for an update. The first few responses claimed a backorder issue and promised my order would ship soon. Their last response was June 1st, since then, complete silence, despite me messaging weekly.

We're now days away from the 3-month mark with no product and no communication. I was genuinely excited for this product based on the positive reviews, but at this point I have to question whether those reviews are legitimate, because I've received nothing but excuses followed by silence.

Buyer beware: they take full payment upfront and then go dark.

Sadly, past reviews do not reflect today’s reality. I ordered one of these on the 25th of April, Order #14394. I am writing this on 22 June and had to contact my bank to get a refund for a product I have never received. I should have believed the recent reviews where customers are clearly stating that they take the money and don't deliver the products. It has gone from a company with a strong reputation to something that feels on the verge of bankruptcy, with no customer service and no agreement on when the product will be received.

I purchased a screen 4 months ago. I have tried multiple times to get a refund with automatic responses and no progression on getting a refund. Would strongly advise against purchasing from them.

I placed my order over a week ago, and the status still shows "Awaiting Fulfilment." There is no information available regarding the expected shipping or delivery date.

I have contacted customer support requesting an update, but so far I have received no response. The lack of communication makes it impossible to know whether the product is in stock or when the order will actually be shipped.

I will gladly update this review if I receive a response and the order is processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Update: 28:th of June and still no respons.

I have bought a monduo 14 inch for 845 euros, I have never received it.

Monduo is a terrible product to buy, not because of the product itself, but because how they handle customer service. Their fulfillment process is disgusting. A product takes more than 3 weeks, maybe even over a month to even start the shipping process. It's like buy and forget. I bought one and needed it for an overseas trip for work but it seems that I won't get it before I travel...which is defeating the point of even needing it.

A company that finds it difficult to keep the promises and communicate.

I don’t believe they are a scam company, but perhaps a company with huge supply chain difficulties that doesn’t know how to communicate that to customers. So… they just don’t respond.

I am an amenable person and I waited over 2 months for the product, but recently when I started asking questions about delivery, about cancellation and refund - they did not even respond.

For the first time in my life, I had to raise a credit card chargeback…

I hope you guys can sort out your supply chain and customer service.

BEWARE. Ordered (and paid for!) a Monduo 14" Pro Duo from their website in March, and still do not have it. Initially communication was ok (if slow) and problems with the distributer were blamed, but the promised deadlines have passed, and now they have stopped replying to emails so I can only assume this is a scam.

Ordered in March, still have not received, customer services is awful. Website still has unrealistic shipping promises. If no response with delivery date will be contacting all major credit card companies to flag this company for fraud.

Update:
Went to report the company in the UK in an attempt to get my money back since they have stopped responding to emails, only to find they are in the process of being “struck” from the business registry. Not sure if they means they are completely dissolving or just leaving the UK.

Update 2:

Was promised delivery within two weeks of June 1 and shockingly no more emails and no delivery.

I ordered in April for delivery in May (United States) but haven't received an answer back as to when I will receive it. I'm excited for the product and will gladly change my review to 5 stars if the team were to give me an answer on its status and process the shipment.

Can’t talk about the quality of the product because I haven’t received it (Monduo 16” pro duo )

I ordered a display for a 16” MacBook Pro from Monduo on February 17th, 2026 (Order #13928), and as of today, May 5th, I still haven’t received anything at all.

When I placed the order, I was told it was a preorder with around a 1 month delivery time. February passed, then all of March, and after 0 updates later I was told it would arrive in April. After that, they promised “end of April” delivery, but now it’s already May and there is still no product, no tracking, nothing.

What makes it even worse is that after multiple emails asking for updates, they completely stopped replying since the end of April. No customer support, no real updates, no transparency.

At this point, my experience with Monduo has been extremely disappointing and the website feels completely unreliable. Don’t Order from these Scammers please.

Been waiting for my screens since February (It's May 5 at the time of this writing). I keep getting messages they'll be shipping pretty soon. Now I get a message:

It is a scam. They charged in my credit card a first payment of 29 euros and the product never arrived. Ten days later, they charged me 192 euros for no reason.
