I purchased the 16" Macbook Pro version. The displays are great and work seamlessly with my Macbook Pro. It's great to have the screen space of an office setup, but in a size that easily fits into my laptop backpack. The only improvement I can see would be to make the materials aluminum to match the Macbook in design.

Placed an order almost a month ago (3/15/24) for the 14" montiors and they refuse to answer my emails inquiring on an order status update. I simply want to know whats the delay or potential issue with my order and I can't get a response. The product is not cheap, customer service and communication needs to be ALOT better when customers are spending this kind of money on products. I'll be happy to update this review if I can get some answers and eventually my purchase if thats possible. However, at this point I feel my money was stolen and the company is a scam.

Update 8/5/24: I'm happy to update that I have received my monduo 14 pro displays and I'm extremely pleased with them! They were well worth the wait. Build and image quality both far exceeded my expectations. The metal exterior and the high resolution screens look identical to the M1 macbook pro I have. They also have a nice solid weight to them which makes me feel like they are durable. I'm super excited to get to use them finally and see how much they enhance my productivity and overall laptop experience. Thank you Monduo team for coming through, it was a LONG long wait but worth it in the end. I'll update in the future on how well it holds up but seems like it will last. I'm a legit customer, not paid at all, so for anybody considering these are legit, just keep in mind the potential shipping delay. Overall satisfied customer here!

I finally had the opportunity to use the Monduo 16 continuously for over a month. Here are some thoughts/review :

Utilizing the Monduo 16 dual screens across both Windows 11 and macOS platforms, I've embarked on extensive 3D content creation tasks. In a single word, the experience has been nothing short of fabulous. The screen's accuracy, along with the simplicity of its installation, usage, and storage processes, showcases exceptional thoughtfulness in its design—even more impressive for a first-generation product. The hinge stability, crucial for maintaining screen position, performs admirably, offering a seamless and user-friendly experience.

However, there's always room for enhancement. One area that could see improvement is the sliding and clamping mechanism of the screen; incorporating a smoother material like felt or Teflon within the channel could significantly refine the experience. A notable concern has been the quality of the included cables. My smaller data cable has unfortunately failed, with the USB connection loosening to the point of signal loss when connected to my laptop. Resorting to purchasing a replacement Thunderbolt cable was necessary for functionality restoration. Hence, a significant upgrade in cable quality is imperative—flexible USB ports, metal connectors, and a braided design could substantially increase durability, especially given the frequent need for detachment and handling.

An additional suggestion for enhancing the product at its current price point would be the inclusion of a felt or velvet pouch for screen storage. Not only would this provide protection, but it would also elevate the overall brand experience.

Despite the issue with the cable, the implementation of the dual screens—from the quality of the screens and hinges to the boost in productivity they provide—is remarkable. I highly recommend the Monduo 16 to anyone in need of a superior, portable multi-screen desktop experience. If the quality of the cables were to be improved,it would make the Monduo 16 a remarkable, standout choice for enhancing your workflow on the go.

My experience with these monitors has been mostly good. The added space, the hardware capabilities, and the sleek design makes for a stylish, productive tool. The only knock against it so far is that they blink on and off anytime the USB-C cables wiggle to much.

This is just what I was looking for and more. Compared to the others on the market. This is the best setup for my MacBook, and I love it.

useing this on a windows laptop can be a bit tricky and its a bit too bulky to setup in an airport for a short wait. but apart from that i can fully recommend the mondüo 16" screen.

Great product, offering, and service. I had my left screen sadly start to flicker... then die. Thankfully within a few days, after emailing support, a new set of working screens arrived. Great product and excellent service. Screens can require specific ports but easily solved with a little patience. Clearer cable installation instructions would help but hardly an insurmountable deal breaker. I love the extra screen area and it makes for a much better work experience. I had a query and the helpdesk responded very quickly.
I use the Monduo for Fusion 360 design work. I can have reference images on one side screen, tutorials on the other with Fusion running on the main screen. This makes it so much easier than constantly flipping between programmes.
The balanced screen colour is less of an issue for me but it's definitely nice to a have a seamless transition between screens.
The Monduo is a couple of inches longer than a MAcBook Pro so I found a backpack with three compartments (MacBook, Monduo plus study books) plus a cable pocket. This makes it easy to carry round and the setup is quick and simple.
Overall I'd highly recommend the Monduo for anyone who wants more screen acreage in a compact and relatively light package.

I recently purchased a set of monitors that boast top-notch quality and impressive performance. The display quality is outstanding, offering vibrant colors, sharp details, and smooth performance—truly a fantastic addition to my workspace.

However, the accompanying cables are a major letdown. The short cable that came with the monitors failed within just 10 days. Thankfully, I was able to get a replacement for free. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. About four months later, the long cable also stopped working, leaving me with only one functional monitor.

I want to explicitly state that my MacBook Pro and monitors have not been moved from my office table since they were set up, so there's no reason for the cables to be failing like this.

When I reached out to customer service, I was hoping for a prompt resolution, considering the premium price of these monitors. To my disappointment, they refused to send another free replacement cable. This lack of support for what is clearly a recurring issue is very disheartening.

While the monitors themselves are excellent, the subpar quality of the cables and the unhelpful customer service severely detract from the overall experience. It's disappointing, especially given the significant investment in these monitors.

Great product. Amazing customer service.

Got a Monduo last year in August, and it worked well until a couple of weeks ago, when the left screen broke and started showing weird vertical streaks.

I got in touch with the company, as I was still within the 1 year warranty period, and they were quick to send a brand new Monduo, to replace the old one.

Very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

FedEx delivered my Monduo to the wrong address. I contacted Monduo and they sent me a replacement immediately. They were very quick to respond to my emails. It was great customer service.

As for the product itself, I love it. Make sure you use the right cables to connect the Monduo to the Mac. Two of the cables look exactly alike at the connector ends, but the thickness of the wires are different. The thicker wire is for connecting to the Mac and the thinner wire is for connecting to external power, if you need that.

the monitors are great but I have noticed that one of monitors does not connect correctly when my laptop is not plugged in power.
