The order was delivered very quickly. I did have an issue with the short usb-c cable but a new one was shipped immediately after my request.

The screens themselves exceeded my expectation. My intention was to use this only on the go but I also use it in the office (preferred compared to my single 27 inch LG 5K screen).

The unit was received damaged and the company will not take responsibility, insisting that their factory quality control would not have sent out a damaged unit.
Truly awful service from customer services who do not respond to emails for days/weeks. Still waiting for a resolution weeks later. Would not have bought had I known.

I’m very happy with the product, the quality, and customer service. When it comes to tech, I like to stick with reputable brands with a focus on good customer experience. I couldn’t find any other brand on the market that had what I was looking for so I took a chance with monduo and I was very impressed. Although I had an issue with duties upon delivery, the customer service team was transparent about what happened and offered to offset some of the cost.

Shipped from Hong Kong to New York in 2 days! Screens require a bit of manual adjustment to get them right but once you do, the colors match extremely well. Makes video editing on my m2 max MacBook Pro so much more enjoyable

The shipping was prompt. The monitors come boxed like they are an Apple product with all the necessary accessories. The best part is they integrate flawlessly with the M2 MacBook and perform great. They are light but sturdy and seem like they will provide many years of service.

The first time I saw it on YOUTUBE I thought I NEEDED it! because it helps me a lot when I see the stock market better. And so I bought it and it arrived very quickly and it was worth it because its quality is incredible and impressive. I am very happy.

Gorgeous screens: brightness perfectly matched, vivid colors at par with the MacBook Pro. This could be an Apple product. I had some questions for the customer support as the screens were shipped with a very tightly attached protective sleeve and I was wondering if this plastic sheet was made to be removed or not (in such case I would damage the screens trying to peel it off). They went through all this with me, carefully asking pictures and telling me finally to remove it. Perfect support, and gorgeous product

I decided to sell my two big 4K monitors and switch to Monduo for portability. I definitely don't regret, the screens are great and it's awesome to carry two screens with my Macbook in a backpack.

I had a problem with the original cables that came in the box the very first day - the cables worked only in a specific fixed position. Monduo support team sent me the replacement really swiftly and the new ones work perfectly and feel much more robust.

All in all, I recommend the product.
