Shipping was a little later than expected but I was updated the whole time but that's not the reason for the 5 star. I have to give credit where it is due. This isn't the cheapest option but it's definitely worth the extra money and any delay to receive it. You can buy one of the other tri screens out there but they are all just inferior junk that won't last. If you just look at the specs alone you'll realize that Monduo is in a class of its own amongst the mountain of tri-screen competition. My expectations were surprisingly exceeded. This is a top tier product that could have came straight out of apples line up. I made a great investment that feels like it'll hold up for years to come. Thanks Monduo for bringing the world such a high quality product and I'm definitely looking forward to anything you release in the future.

One of the wires stop working in a week

I have been using Monduo 16" screens for slightly over a year. It's one of the few things I always travel with because it makes working on the go so much better.

Recently, I noticed an issue with one of the screens that started flickering in certain positions.

I reached out to customer service for help and advice, and to my surprise, they sent me a replacement. Thank you!

The new pair of screens is fantastic.

My experience with this product has been excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Received an "additional" discount offer via email prior to purchase, but code was not applicable which was disappointing. I should have done more research, I anticipated the additional ports on each of the screens would offer the ability to connect usb-c devices like portable SSDs, but this is not the case as there are no pass through capabilities. Not sure why they would bother to have two usb-c ports on each screen when you can only use one.

The USB-C slots cannot be used for mice/keyboards, or drives as an extra slot

Displays stopped working within six months of purchase. Tried with two Macs and a windows machine, they just don't work. Poor quality.

Product is great, Although could do with a few simple adjustments to make it safer and more practical to use. More secure grip on the laptop lid, a way to secure it from the weight of it flopping the laptop lid forward... My Mac is raised up on a bracket and I would like to be able to tilt my screen forward to a degree.

Support was instant and excellent.

Would have been 4 stars but I was very disappointed and surprised to be charged an extra £133 for shipping taxes. It clearly stated that shipping was free. Extra charges was hidden in the shipping policy (who honestly reads that unless there's an issue). So, it wasn't clear that extra charges could be incurred. That said, when I complained, Support empathised and offered a 70USD rebate. That took the sting off, (they could easily have brushed me off).

There were some shipment delays but I could look past it since I was never in a hurry. I bought the 14" monitors and they are amazing!

Great product! Had to wait several months but communication with Monduo was great and they explained the reason for the delay. Awesome service!

Excellent shipping and great packaging. Awesome customer service. You need more instruction about the cords. I got messed up and wasted a lot of time figuring out them out

Monduo is a difference maker for better productivity and work experience.

Ordered a 16 inch monitor on 19 September. Received an email to say that there would be import charges on my purchase. I confirmed that was fine and authorised Monduo to ship the item. They emailed me to confirm on 24th September that they had authorised FedEx to release my package.

Today is 17 October. I have emailed request requesting an update on my order. I have had no response. When I check the status of my order on Monduo’s website, it shows that my package was never shipped.

I have emailed again requesting an update within one business day or I will initiate a payment dispute through my card provider.

I ordered this monitor for work and I am deeply unimpressed that I have to take my time to chase this order in this fashion. I should’ve paid attention to the key reviews on here that have expressed a similar experience with overseas shipping. I was persuaded by the number of positive orders, but perhaps their capacity for customer service is limited to domestic customers.

I recommend you don’t order this product if you live in Australia.

Mir war bereits vorher bewusst, das es sich hier um ein Nischenprodukt handelt, da es anscheinend nur richtig glänzen kann wenn man es bei einem Macbook 16 Pro nutzt.

Glücklicherweise nutze ich genau diesen Laptop und hierfür es perfekt. Installation dauerte keine 5 Minuten und es läuft alles flüssig und in guter Qualität

In general, I like the product. Nothing else on the market that I found comes close to the brightness and resolution options of the displays from Monduo. I have tried others, they were disappointing.
I knocked it down 1 star because for such a premium product meant for travel, it did not come with a travel sleeve and screen protectors. It comes in a fancy box for an eye catching unboxing. Whoopee! I also had some trouble with the supplied cables which they resolved. Not a fan of the angle direction of their adapters. Also should come with 2 shorties. Ended up spending an extra $40 on Amazon for a sleeve and some better cables. I would have minded if this wasn't so expensive to begin with.

Freaking love these screens! I use them all day as nomad and on cafes as i dont like working in an office. Productivity and overview is UP UP UP and i bring them anywhere i go!
