I already asked for a refund. The display came defective with a black line going through the screen. They acknowledge my request but it's been two days since I heard last. I will definitely not recommend Monduo the way things are going.

High quality materials, high resolution, ease of use and a great overall product. The cables that come with the product should be no more than 12in (1ft) though, as they are longer than they need to be. I ordered additional shorter cables to make the setup even more clean.

Great quality product and easy to set up. Delivery was fast, too.

Very poor service.
I placed the order on 15th December and I have not received the item until now !!!
After a delay of three months the item was sent to me by FedEx in Mod March.
But in the invoice the company mentioned wrong price of the item which did not match with actual price. Due to that the item is lying in customs department in Bengaluru till now !!!
I write emails to Mondduo company to give correct invoice but no response from them.
Even earlier when they delayed for three months response was poor.

It took the product 4 months to get here!! Nowhere was it mentioned it was going to take this long!! When I first contacted them about the arrival time, I was told end of January. When I contacted them at the end of January they said mid February, beginning of March, when I contacted them then, I was told mid March, when I contacted them then, I was told end of March. It was an extremely annoying experience, costumer service was awful!

I am so happy to have chosen your product. I am happy to spend a little more money for top quality. Sharpness, resolution, brightness, all excellent and perfect for my MacBook Pro 16 inch. I had simply checked it in my luggage with the original packaging for transportation protection on a business trip. Unfortunately, one of the cables was defective, which is why the left monitor didn't work. But otherwise everything was perfect. Highly recommended by a graphic designer.

The order arrived in good condition (ordered in February 2025, arrived on March 28). I only paid the customs duty.
The monitors work, I will use them on the go.
For me, it's just a shame that the stabilizer is not bigger.
Otherwise, 100% functional.

They have sent me a faulty piece i have ordered in Dubai. I have asked them for a return and refund and sent many emails but no response. Its a garbage device what they sent to me. Useless for me. I cant even run. Worst product purchase ever!

Products ok but no one informs you about high costs for import customs.

The shipping was very fast and I loved that I can track my order the product is amazing no cheep at all but very good.evry thing went good besides I had no boody to talk with you didn't answer to me on the support mail on my author mail address idangulal5

Amazing with Windows

Well made, easy set up, complements the main monitor on MacBook 16” really. Highly recommend if you need added workspace.

The actual Monitors are absolutely amazing and easy to set up. Unfortunately the usb type-c cables that are used for the monitors had a short in them which caused the screens to glitch like crazy. Me using them for trading it ended up costing me money as well. I had to order nice ones off of amazon which cost me around 30$ extra on top of how much this product already costs.

I’m a MacBook M1 Max 16-inch user, and I work in video editing. I can’t afford to buy a new MacBook… so I’ve been looking into accessories that could help boost productivity. That’s when I came across the Monduo monitor. Wow, the quality is on a whole different level compared to other dual screens. It integrates seamlessly with the Mac, and honestly, it’s the best secondary monitor I’ve ever bought.

Before this, I used a 32-inch monitor as my main screen and the MacBook display as a secondary, but it felt like I wasn’t fully making use of the MacBook screen. Now, I use the MacBook display as my main screen, which is great for colour correction, and I can organise a lot of tools and panels on the side screens. It’s made my workflow so much more efficient.

I hope Monduo keeps growing and offers more screen options in the future. I was also thinking—how about making a backpack that can fit both the Monduo screen and a laptop? That would be really useful.

Say goodbye to messy desk tops and hello to clear 180º Vision

1.suggestions for future models: make the side panels metal as the plastic does not feel premium.
2. A physical button at the bottom of each screen to quickly and easily turn the display off
3. Would suggest they sell laptop bag that can hold this and a 16" mac. ( i am having to make my own )

Delivery was fast and quality of screens were good with no issues on installation.

The main worry that made me give 3 stars is that I had contacted support on whether any new updates would be released for Windows platform. They had informed that no more further updates would be provided which should Windows in future editions be updated that may make the screens incompatible would they do something about it or we will have a dead product?

Upon writing my reviews above, I was promptly contacted by Monduo where they had reassured me that should Windows require an update for Monduo to work properly they would issue an update for it. Seeing their reassurances and prompt response to my feedback, had upgraded my ratings to 4 stars and 5 starts would be given should new features be provided on a consistent basis to improve the user experience of the product.
