I had a mixed experience with Monduo, but overall, I’m satisfied with the outcome, which is why I’m giving four stars.

To start, the device itself is well-designed, but the process could have been much smoother. Monduo should clearly communicate potential customs fees for international orders, as I was surprised by a significant €152 customs fee upon delivery in Germany. This kind of information would have been helpful upfront.

Additionally, the returns process was far from seamless. It took over two and a half months to get my money back, which was frustrating, even though I did eventually receive the refund. Their support team was friendly and genuinely tried to help, but it often felt like I had to push them to move things along. For instance, I was initially told they couldn’t create a prepaid return label, but after several emails back and forth, they eventually provided one.

Another point of improvement would be providing more detailed compatibility information for their products. I learned too late that the standard Apple M1 and M2 MacBooks don’t support two external screens. The marketing and website didn’t make this distinction clear, as it specifically applies to M2 Pro models. This lack of clarity caused confusion and disappointment.

I appreciate the helpful support team and the resolution in the end, but I hope Monduo makes these improvements to create a more seamless and transparent customer experience in the future.

The product took a few months in the making to get. The company had a production issue but they did send a email letting you know what was going on that is called customer service. They even offered to send you your money back, but I am glad I stood fast and waited. The product is everything they said it would and more thank you Monduo for designing a well made product and that you did not rush it.

I am Nisar from INDIA. I purchased Monduo 16. I broke the back hinge that supports the weight of the displays. I wrote it to Monduo. That gave me a free of cost replacement. It was beyond my imagination that I would get a free replacement from Hong Kong Fedexed me directly without any questions asked. Nobody can stop this Company from growth. Unprecedented support... Love you guys.

I love my Monduo! Really great product! I would love an accessory where I can put my macbook on a stand for cooling and for the screen to not fall over due to the weight, now I constructed something that does the job but doesn’t look too polished, basically an sturdy add-on stand with a rubber band to keep the screen from falling over towards me but absolutely amazing product if you use it with the macbook directly on a surface!

My order was 6 months late,I asked for a refund and they ignored it, it was then put out for delivery with taxes and customs charges which were not mentioned on the original purchase order' All in all an abysmal experience - I even said that if they paid for the import taxes i would pay for the product but they said NO. and I'm still waiting for the £600 refund.

Very fast delivery, fantastic product, definitely satisfied.

These guys rock. I was in a tight spot and they went out of their way to hook me up and get the product I needed in a no time at all.

I had to wait 3 months for my monduo 14". They promised $50 discount becasue of ghe delay and I never got it.

I ordered my 14" Monduo in September of 2023 and just received it here in mid July 2024. It was worth the wait. The quality is outstanding. Fit & function are perfect. Monduo kept in touch during the long wait. I do appreciate your customer service and your product.

I knew the wait was going to be a long one, especially because I jumped on board at the beginning of the offering. Almost 10 month wait! But I am so excited and happy with the quality and design!!! The system complements the Mac aesthetics to a tee, and the aluminum body, frame and glass screens are exactly like looking at three Mac screens!

Only after ordering the product was I informed it wasn't available. Monduo failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them and, after over a month of trying, I was forced to cancel my order through my credit card. Despite having successfully cancelled my payment to them, three months later I got an email from Fedex saying they had a delivery for me (I wasn't expecting anything). A few days later, Monduo sent me an email to say they had sent the product via Fedex and, on the same day, Fedex informed me that it was due over £100 on custom tax. I told Fedex to return the product to Monduo and sent a reply to Mondo's email that they should refer to the messages I sent them regarding cancelling my order which they had ignored. Mondo tried to dispute my credit card refund, but fortunately my credit card company was having none of it and declined their request.

Was worth the wait. Product is very practicable and am enjoying using it so far ..

did not get monitor. it was sent back because nobody was home to sign. didn't realize it required a signature. FEDEX wrote that they sent it back to sender. need a refund pls

I was going to write the review when I first got the monitors but I figured I would wait a little so that the honeymoon period and the learning curve stage are both over. Now I can give a more informed opinion and for starters, I am using the Mondou 16 Pro Duo with the ROG Strix G16. Just for reference.

So, the Monduo naturally takes a little bit of time to get used. At first, you might be worried that they'll scratch the back of your laptop screen "They Don't!" and once you do get used to putting them on and off your device, it is workflow heaven, and the craziest part is that you can carry them everywhere. They are as bright and sharp as advertised and really well-built.

But technical specs aside, there is something so special about having three monitors in front of you. Not only do you have more screen space than ever before. But it also blocks most of your view and makes it so much easier to stay focused on the task at hand. It puts you in the right headspace right away.

As a game designer, these monitors make traveling and working in coffee shops so much more productive, and the color accuracy is great for getting most kinds of artistic works done with no issues whatsoever. My only complaint with the whole package, if I have to nitpick, is that the monitors don't come with a carrying case.

A microfiber or any cloth sack would have been a nice addition and would have made it easier to put the Mondou inside a backpack without worrying about the outer plastic getting scratched by anything that might be around. Other than that tiny little issue, the whole package was beyond satisfying.

I bought the 16in version a year ago. Then the support stand broke after 11.5 months. One of the two hinges seized and broke the mount.
Monduo didn’t cover it under warranty.
I had to pay $550 to get a replacement. The replacement had a dead pixel line after a week. I have received a replacement which I yet to open.
