No infomation in the purchasing process that for delivery to Germany the customer have to pay 140 EURO extra taxes.
I am disappointed with the company Monduo.

I bought from their website and paid in full nearly 2 weeks ago for a conference. Still no product - Customer service is pathetic. When they actually respond they give dates that pass. There isn't supply chain issues it just poor experience for customers. I will be filing a charge back when I'm home from the conference that I needed this product for.

Overall it is a good product
Overall it is a good product. Definitely helps with the productivity big time! But it has its issues. I believe in a way this product is just slapped together by a poor manufacturer. I believe the company behind it really mean well but just need to find a much better manufacturer that actually cares.
Here's why;
1. Cheap thin "aluminum" So thin that I thought it was plastic at first.
2. I feel like the panels aren't even that same. One display colours differently. And yes I have gone through all the setting and even reseted them to confirm that the panels indeed do not display the same colours.
3. I have had this product replaced by them. The first unit I received had dead pixels on the left monitors, and sent them pictures. They did not hesitate to send a replacement. However I did tell them that I wouldn't want to pay duties again which they reassured me there wouldn't be any. That wasn't true and they completely ignored my email to them stating that I am being charged duties once again.
to this day, I have never received an email responding to the incident.
I would not at all believe what those paid YouTubers are telling you about the product. It doesn't feel premium but it definitely does the job. Productivity is great with this product. Just has quality issues.

Game-Changer for MacBook Pro Users
I’ve been using this extended monitor setup with my 14” MacBook Pro, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer. The screen quality is super sharp and clear, and it works smoothly with macOS right out of the box—no complicated setup needed.
It’s definitely not the lightest or cheapest option out there, but you really get what you pay for. The boost in productivity and the convenience of having extra screen space on the go makes it totally worth it. If you use your Mac for serious work, I’d definitely recommend this.

Unfortunately the screen does not fit. I have a 13inch MacBook. All the specs state it will
Fit a 13inch laptop and it does not. They have no customer service number. You can only email to set up a return.

It is well built product

The screen arrived broken, they sent a new one quickly
UPDATED:
after a few days of no reply Monduo team got back to me and sent me another screen very quickly. Now everything works fine as expected. Nice support and thanks for replacing the broken screen so rapidly.

The screen arrived broken . One of the screens show glitchy artifacts making it very difficult to use. No reply from monduo and I sent a few mails and text them on instagram as well. I hope they will reply and get a replacement or my money back. It’s very frustrating. Incidents can happen but they should reply to customer who spent this amount of money . Also I’m a professional freelance designer and I have projects on going and this makes me lose a lot of time. I always reply to my clients asap. Bad choice .

Useful, but possibly not durable and maybe bad for my Macbook
Likes:
The resolution and screen brightness of the screens are matched to my laptop which is great.
It makes it easier to work from anywhere.
Dislikes:
The product feels cheap, as if it should be handled with care or else the hinges could break. At this price, I would expect a more sturdy, and thus durable, build.
It doesn't stand sturdily on its own and has to be stretched slightly to fit around my MacBook Pro's 16-inch screen. This makes me afraid that it exerts forces on the screen that the Macbook was not built to endure.

It took 7 days to get the 16 pro duo…
It took 7 days to get the 16 pro duo from Hong Kong. Got here "Monticello" UT in good condition. Easy to set up with a slight learning curve. Overall a good experience and would recomend Monduo to anyone needing a extended monitor. The price of 799.00 was worth it. The screens look good on my MSI Stealth 16 AI Studio.

Took a while but worth it
I paid for my unit and was sent a broken one. I returned it and they sent me another one that was damaged FedEx. When I told them that the new one was damaged in shipping, it took a while to get a response. Eventually, I got a replacement and it's working great. Awesome product.

Overpriced but unique features
Product that meets my needs perfectly, but way too expensive when you know how cheap it must cost to produce considering It's coming from China, It kind of feels a little bit of a scam.
Huge cons, depending on the country you live in, you're gonna have to pay customs clearance fee, and mine was 160€, and nothing is displayed on their website about that.
The overall experience concerning the "digital" features is nice (120hz refresh rate, all kinds of resolutions available including extremely high ones, brightness sync).
Concerning the physical aspect of the product it would be nice if the screens could turn with more angle in a way that allows for monitors to fold on the back of the display It's mounted on, practical when working with other people to present things, or simply letting someone else plug in to a screen and use it as its main/second screen.
Overall if money is not an issue for you, probably the best choice you can make. But otherwise clearly get something cheaper on amazon, with maybe slightly less features, but not as overpriced.

For anyone who did not know, like me: the price advertised on the website is without taxes and other import costs.
For me, a Belgian citizen, these were the costs for the 16 Inch Pro Duo:
* 715,95 euros paid to Monduo
* 146,99 euros taxes
* 15 euros to FedEx for handling the tax and import
I have not received the product yet. I might update this review once I do.

After 1 day of use
After 1 day of use, the monitors and system seem great! After downloading the software app, all I had to do was reboot my mbp to get everything running great.
2 suggestions: I'm thinking that the screens could have a tighter fit onto my laptop screen. When I move the laptop around the house--moving isn't ideal--it seems like it's possible the screens could possibly come loose. Secondly, there seems to be a glitch when using Quicktime on my mbp 16" M2 Pro 32 GB. On the first day using my Monduo after pressing record, all 3 screens went a little dim and I couldn't change the setting back. However after rebooting, the problem hasn't returned and everything works well now.
Having 2 more screens really improves my productivity. I still use my center screen for the majority of my work. On the right I have my 2 email accounts open, and on the left I have 2 more accounts open--all of which I need to respond to immediately. The result is Monduo makes my business more efficient and gives my prospects a better experience.
After a full day's use, I am very happy with my Monduo!
