Update – June 2026: More than six months later

I ordered the Monduo 16-inch monitor setup on December 13th, 2025 for €849.

When I posted my original Trustpilot review in March 2026, I had already been waiting approximately three months for delivery. At that time, Monduo responded publicly on Trustpilot and also communicated with me by email, explaining that my order was at the front of the queue and expected to ship by the end of March.

Based on those assurances, I decided to remain patient and continue waiting.

Unfortunately, several additional delivery commitments followed over the next few months, none of which were fulfilled.

In April, I was informed that production had been completed and that shipment was expected by the end of the month.

In early June, I was again advised that dispatch was expected within the next two weeks.

To this day, however, I have received neither a shipping confirmation nor tracking information. My order status still shows “Awaiting Fulfillment.”

What makes the situation even more confusing is that a colleague of mine ordered the 14-inch version at roughly the same time and received it within about two weeks. Meanwhile, my 16-inch order remains unfulfilled more than six months after purchase.

To be fair, Monduo did respond to my inquiries throughout most of this period. The issue was not a lack of communication, but rather that the repeatedly stated delivery timelines were never met.

After the most recent deadline expired in mid-June 2026, I formally cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

Since submitting my cancellation and refund request on June 15th, 2026, I have received no response whatsoever.

Current status:

• More than six months since payment.
• No product delivered.
• No shipping confirmation.
• No tracking information.
• Order still marked as “Awaiting Fulfillment.”
• Cancellation and refund request remain unanswered.

I have retained the complete email correspondence documenting the various delivery commitments and delays.

If Monduo processes the refund and resolves this matter properly, I will gladly update this review accordingly.

As things stand today, however, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Overpriced product and expensive to return if the product isn’t a good fit for you.

The product works great. The right side monitor seems to swing a little too easily. When opening the monitors from its folded position, the monitor will quickly drop open rather than holding itself.

loved the product but it didn't work for my use case. sadly i had to return it and Monduo made that process simple and easy.

I hope they release a new product that will fit my needs!

Great product and great customer service. Very responsive to my questions.

This is an excellent product—although it's pricey, it's definitely worth the investment. It connects seamlessly with the MacBook, and the app provides great integration as well. While delivery took about a month, which was longer than anticipated, I doubt you'll find anything comparable. The quality is outstanding without question.

Exceptional Support and Amazing Monitors!

I had an outstanding experience with Monduo. I needed assistance with a question I had, and their support team was incredibly helpful. They provided personal support every single day until my issue was resolved, demonstrating genuine care for their customers.

Additionally, the monitors are fantastic! They have significantly enhanced my workday, making tasks more enjoyable and efficient. I can't recommend Monduo enough for their excellent customer service and top-notch products!

The communication and concern shown by Jack & Matthew was instrumental in my requesting a replacement for a malfunctioning unit, rather than a refund. I will definitely continue to use the product (which I love) and I will recommend unreservedly to any and all who will ask.

A monitor that finally delivers on my need for running multiple applications seamlessly side by side. All told, the display(s) delivers a genuinely wonderful experience.

This is my second attempt to purchase an extension monitor. The first one was inferior to Monduo. The learning curve on Monduo's monitor was short, and the screen is just as clear as the one on my expensive MacBook Pro. Where Monduo really shone is their customer service several months later. A couple of their cables were defective. I was super busy and didn't call to report this until several months later. They OVERACHIEVED in taking care of me, and I am a very happy and loyal customer. Too bad I can't give six stars. Much thanks to Jack and Monduo.

Just got it. Looks great so far. The customer service is great and handle a issue I had in purchase.

The screen's performance is excellent for my video editing and other things. It has helped me tremendously with productivity by using extra screens. What I wish it could do is fold back further so my clients on the opposite side can view what I want to show them, instead of having to spin my laptop around.

Screens worked for a while... then stopped. Great when working. Now a doorstop. Regret purchase.

Wrote a review about bad cables in September. Review pointed out that I had paid to replace monitor cable (add'l info here: because their initially shipped cable failed at the outset and customer service had been inaccessible).

After posting the review, received several emails from Monduo customer service. They initially offered to replace my cable again at no cost and to refund me $50 for my trouble. However, offer suggested Monduo would really appreciate if, in turn, I would update my review to make it favorable.

Trustpilot policy, clearly stated in its mast header: "Companies on Trustpilot aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews."

I accepted their offer without agreeing to favorably update my review. They wrote a few more times suggesting they had already replaced my cable. Yeah, the one I paid for separately came in as ordered----the reason for the negative earlier review. The purchased replacement cable also failed a short time later.

Monduo never sent me a new cable as promised by their customer service. Then backed out of refunding me. Every email from them suggested I update my earlier review to make it favorable. I ultimately bought new cables from a third party. They work okay but not great.

Monduo customer service couldn't be worse.

It is very Plasticky and lacks the touch and feel of Mac Book Pro.
