Really happy with our outdoor roller shutters. The whole process was smooth, and great customer service from the Modern team from start to finish. We were very happy with the result, so had them put on all 4 bedroom windows. Great at night as blacks out bedrooms for sleep and reduces road noise. Fantastic in summer to keep our house cool. They provide follow up and servicing too. Highly recommend!

It was smooth dealing with Modern Group, from customer service to their installation service. We had our front window done first we loved them, it kept us warm in winter and block sun in summer. And last month they installed the window facing the backyard, we couldn’t be happier about them. Highly recommend

I've had the roller shutters installed for more than two years now and have had no problems. I'm impressed by the professionalism of the Modern Group.

Everything was fantastic. From quote to finish , the process went very smoothly. Dealing with the staff over the phone, the consultant visiting, measurements were taken a few times for accuracy to the installation. Will be contacting Modern in the future for more installations. Thanks to everyone.

We ordered two large custom made outdoor motorised blinds from Modern Group . Modern were excellent to deal with, very professional, from sales through to procurement they kept us up to date with our order and the installation date. Our installation was challenging but their installer did a great job of completing it. The quality of the blinds is great. We have had external blinds installed in two other properties and Modern were much easier to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Modern group is amazing Chris the sales consultant was very polite very informative great work with a good sense of humour . Michael ping the who fit all the rollers shutters was sensational you can see he loves his job he solves if Anthing arises straight away gives you the best honest advise. Very happy smiles sensational sense of humour. Sensational roller blinds very high quality. They come some time in June

I installed outside electric blinds. They have been a fabulous addition to my home, providing more comfortable and safe living conditions. In summer they help keep my house cooler and in Winter they keep it warmer.
Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the blinds.

We are very pleased with the blinds that Modern Group installed in our back garden pergola. The product quality is excellent, the blinds operate smoothly, and they have significantly improved the usability of our outdoor space.

A special mention goes to John, the installer, who was professional, friendly, and responsive. After we noticed a small leak following heavy rain, John returned within a week to investigate and rectify the issue, which we greatly appreciated.

The reason for our 4-star rating relates to the final stages of the project. We were contacted by the accounts department and asked to make the final payment before the electrical installation and final commissioning had been completed. We were advised this was company policy so that the installer could be paid that week. While we understood the explanation and did make the payment, we felt somewhat pressured to do so given that the project had not yet been fully completed.

Overall, we are very happy with the finished product and the service provided by John, and would recommend Modern Group to others considering outdoor blinds.

The customer service and follow through from start to finish was great. The job was booked in and done quickly, within about 2 weeks from the first consultation.
And then the follow up to see if everything was alright after installation. The only minor concern I had was the clean up after installation could be more thorough.
Other than that a very smooth experience.

Had a great experience with Modern Group - the sales rep was easy to deal with, quick turnaround of blinds and straight forward install. Highly recommend if you are looking for blinds, extra points for being locally manufactured!

Very reliable , fantastic service and great job

The modern group, staff and installer were always very helpful courteous and was able to provide solutions to my concerns about my safety and energy bills. They provided the option of a battery operated window controller (instead of wiring in)which could be recharged and thicker insulation to help lower my energy bills and stronger roller blinds for my saftey

Unless you want to make a decision straight up. Do not ask for a quote.
Worst experience ever. Quote took almost 2 hours and were given a crazy high 'retail' price which then dropped to a tonight only price and when we said no, we had received lower quotes, she got on the phone and dropped the price again. It was less than half the original figure but tonight only.
She would not take no for an answer.

Be warned.
I was told an hour for the appointment. I thought surely not, other companies have been half hour max. But no it was almost 2 hours before she would leave.
How about give people more time to think about the quote as well or at least warn in advance as I would've cancelled the appointment if I knew and it would've saved both our time.
